Great location, nice room with a view, and overall a satisfying stay.

The location was excellent and I really enjoyed it. I also requested a room with a view, and it met my expectations perfectly, they gave me a very nice room with a beautiful view.

Nothing major to complain about. One staff member mentioned there would be a small birthday surprise, but nothing was prepared, however, it wasn’t a big issue for me.

Dinner buffet was not great at all for the expensive price. 4 euro charged for still water on top of it!!

The church bell constantly going off all night. Kept waking us up. The room was facing the lake but trees blocked the view. It seems like only rooms on the top floor had a decent view.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel and we will return.

Best possible location, superb views, convenient to restaurants and shops, comfortable room, spacious lobby and dining area, great parking (shoulder season), friendly and courteous staff. I had made a very serious mistake in my reservation and it was graciously and courteously cared for without extra charges that should have applied (our old age issues were accommodated).

Very disappointed in dinner: many dishes not hot, no longer available, slow to be refilled, many not very tasty. Breakfasts were much better: wide variety, fresh food, most dishes kept filled (not always), good coffee, ample choices

Very expensive for the half views we got. A big tree was covering half of the view n the lake. So if you get a suite w a lake view - make sure they give you a place thats not behind a tree. I paid insane amount of money off season too just to have the perfect views from bedroom and balcony - ended up getting half of tgat from the balcony only. Bad soundproofing, lots of asians that take up all elevators and common areas. Pool was ok, but if crowded - not usable.

The location is great. Very clean. The indoor pool is very good.

Our room was over the kitchen fans and there was often an unpleasant smell if we opened the balcony door.

Gorgeous hotel, top location

Excellent location on the lake front, central to everything. Staff were welcoming and helpful, rooms were extremely spacious and the decor throughout was modern and fresh. Water was available in the rooms and reception for refillable bottles - too many hotels don’t give tap water for free! Breakfast was varied and tasty - Great Lake views from the table. Lastly, the pool and spa looked stunning but it was too warm for us to use an indoor pool.

The hotel isn’t particularly cheap but is in line with other accommodation in Bled so we were happy to pay for the central location for 2 nights. Reception can get busy with large groups arriving and going on tours. But they are only very small negatives.

The location can't be beat. Breakfast was great. Nice to have an elevator.

The rooms with a view of the lake cost more naturally. But the view is obstructed by trees and shrubs hanging in front of the balcony.

Amazing location overlooking the lake, the view from the pool and breakfast room were unbelievable . Breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection.

Fantastic relaxing spa hotel at ideal location

Amazing location, incredible views from pool,.sauna and rooms (if on the upper levels). Finish sauna and pool was excellent and clean facility. Really helpful front desk staff (Maja was great) helped rework our rooms and found us a great sunset terrace dinner location.

Turkish sauna was cold / not steamy. Wish saunas opened for longer.

Nice stay right on the lake in Bled

We loved the view from our 4th floor Lake View Room and would highly recommend paying the extra to stay in one of these rooms. The room was large and well equipped. We loved that there was a swimming pool at the hotel - we needed it as it was extremely hot weather when we stayed.

We didn't find the person who handled our check in to be very helpful. We didn't like that there was never anyone serving at the bar when we went there and that access to the self serve bar was not available when the restaurant was closed. We loved the pool but felt the outside relaxation area was very small and therefore busy.

Very nice but expensive!

The breakfast buffet was wonderful! Great location and helpful staff.

They charged my solo friend a lot more for the exact same room. My husband and I had a suite and my solo friend had the exact same suite. Both with breakfast included but she was charged nearly 300 more Euros for a two night stay. Just doesn’t make sense. We protested at the desk but it was the rate??? Why punish a widow?

Beautiful hotel and location, not brilliant value

Beautiful location, lovely room, clean and nicely presented. Parking was helpful. Hotel has great communal spaces to enjoy looking out over the lake. We had a great time.

Staff were hit and miss, some were lovely, the person who checked us in was quite unfriendly, and several of the staff in the restaurant didn’t seem to really know what was going on. For the price we paid for a lake view room, much of the view was covered by trees, and we were disappointed to have to pay for parking, sauna etc in addition.

A wonderfully located friendly hotel with stunning views and very helpful staff.

The hotel is right on the lake and has stunning views of the lake and castle if you select the right rooms. Rooms are spacious and our balcony was good to sit out in. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking on the premises is well assisted. Breakfast is good and seating is spacious.

The restaurant across the road needs to manage guest seating better. You will find guests walking past you and taking the vacant tables as you wait to be seated. The staff can manage this in a better way.

A perfect place to stay and relax.

It was PERFECT! We had a great time, right next to the lake. The view from the restaurant and the pool was breathtaking. Really enjoyed the food. The reception staff were very helpful with lots of advice. They called a taxi for us and let us have breakfast earlier, as we had an early flight.

Not so cheap but we enjoyed every minute of our stay .🙂

terrible customer experience.

good location

When i entred the hotel, i was wearing gym shorts/ comfy clothes as I was a solo traveller. but the reception I received was not correct. when I entered the hotel, the reception staff didn't look approachable and took me to sta "hello ..." to which they replied, you can pay for parking outside with the guy. To which I replied I'm a guest here, and they eventually checked me in. I then had trouble with my safe not being operational. and after 15 mins of a member of staff trying to fix it, I asked to move rooms, which was eventually accepted, which should have been their first solution for such a big hotel with plenty of rooms in the "off-season".

Nice but...

The location is STUNNING. The view from our room's window was amazing, directly over the lake and castle. The room was clean and soundproof.

The hotel is advertised as a SPA hotel, however the only open and free facility was a tiny (and therefore overcrowded) swimming pool with room temperature water (yes, not even warm, far from relaxing). If you wanted to use the sauna, you had to pay extra - notice that the room for one night was already expensive- and no other facilities were available, not even a jacuzzi. Cherry on top, no availability for any couple massages whatsoever during those days. I would not call it a SPA hotel at all, just a hotel with a swimming pool. Dinner was another low: It was a VERY poor buffet and we had to pay 15€ extra for 2 glasses of 100ml of random red wine and a small bottle of water.

Perfect spot and great spa

On entering the hotel we was really impressed by the look of the hotel and found it very cute the little robots taking desserts around (look out for this) a great novelty. Our check and parking was very easy and we were well taken care of, we loved the location next to the lake and restaurants. My parents room had a perfect view of the lake, we had a car park view but it still felt very private and a great space to relax and have a drink on an evening. We loved that we had access to the spa and laid out on the deck looking at the mountains.

We didn't realise we would have to pay 15 euros each to use the private beach. It came as quite a shock as we had stayed at the other lake Bohinj and could enter the lake at any point and lay for free. I think it just made Lake Bled feel a little too commercialised, but this is not the hotels fault.

Good

We stayed only 1 night as travelling though Croatia. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fab!!! Pool were a lot smaller than in pictures and freezing!! Free parking available and a small shop close by if needed. Receptionist was fantastic and helpful!

The best choice in Bled! The hotel is of a very high standard and is located directly on the lake shore. All staff members are very nice and professional. The manager Tomaz Jostrobnik arranged the change of our room in a very correct way. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

not 4 star. The bathrooms did not have lotion . they had a big bottle of soap like the express hotels. Breakfast timmings r odd on weekends .So we had to miss it as we had a tour. AC was barley working. it was not too hot so it was fine
