Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Bled Rose Hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of choices. The staff is very professional, and they were exceptionally helpful and kind regarding our one-year-old baby.

A near perfect hotel

Almost everything was perfect, great room, staff, breakfast. Beautiful view and location.

There were some really annoying lights in the room that you could not turn off originating from the AC-display and the lightswitches from beside the bed. Had to put things over them to get it dark. The pool could have been a bit warmer.

Wonderful modern room with great breakfast

- fantastic location by edge of the lake. - great breakfast. Wide variety of options and good quality - nice swimming pool and small gym - lovely modern looking room which was spacious

- extra bed was hard and not very comfortable - pillows were not great - expensive parking (€30 per night) but things standard for bled

I felt the statues, with their very strong sexual connotations, were of poor taste. This hotel was so lovely, facilities, food, grounds, etc…, so why is it necessary to have statues that are controversial and unnecessary.

Overpriced, extra charges for sauna and parking

They charged extra 30€ for parking and 50€ for two people for the sauna. For the quite high prices this is ridiculous

My stay was a very pleasant one. Made that way because of the great staff in the Kitchen and bar.

The breakfast was exceptional; there was so much variety to choose from. it was always fresh and well cooked. The layout and presentation of the food was 2nd to none. My room was clean and very comfortable.

The fact that i had to leave was the only thing i didn't like .

Great Hotel

The staff was so nice. Front desk and breakfast staff were wonderful. I was given a late check out. The hotel decor is quirky but definitely unique and worth some photos. The room was comfortable but small. Didn't matter...I was solo and spent all my time outside. Room was very clean. The bed and shower were perfect and the location is great! The breakfast buffet is great too, really good food!

My only complaint is the smell in the lobby...very strong perfume smell. It would be a problem for those with sensitivity to smells.

Amazing place in the best location of Bled

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful property and amazing location. The breakfast was really great and the property was very clean and quiet. The view from breakfast was really beautiful and the facilities were great. Would definitely recommend it and I we cant wait to come back!

I won't dock points for anything because we really loved our stay but a few things to mention: the AC was placed in a weird spot of the room behind the desk and covered by the curtains so cooling the room seemed harder. Also, the balcony at night was covered in cobwebs and spiders so i think it could use looked at/cleaned. Wish parking was also cheaper but it is expensive all over Bled.

Fabulous location! Love Lake Bled!!

The location was fantastic!! Right on the lake - couldn’t ask for better! Such a peaceful place. Perfect for a day trip to Ljubljana as well.

Was surprised by how small the rooms were (not cheap) and I had thought booking a balcony room would mean overlooking the lake, not the car park. If you like coffee, take your own with you!!

Fantastic two night stop on a road trip.

Beautiful hotel in a central location with views across the lake. Very helpful staff, plenty of parking. Breakfast is amazing, so much choice. Would definitely return to this hotel. Visit the castle and have lunch, beautiful views and reasonable price.

It has the potential, if they fixed the small things

Location, location, location, all about the location! Bed and shower were comfortable. Spa was decent. Breakfast spread was good though overall a bit dull in terms of vibe. Service at lunch was good, the home made bread was delicious!

It's the small things. We chose this hotel as Lonely Planet said it had modern, swanky rooms. Now the hotel seems to be missing some love and care. The bin in the bathroom was broken, the bulb wasn't working in the room. The bathrobe and slippers were both old and worn out. The perfume in the lobby / reception area was over the top for my liking.

Two nights in paradise

This was a perfect stop for a couple of nights, though we could easily have stayed longer. The staff were extremely friendly (we were even upgraded), the room was clean and comfortable, facilities were great and the breakfast was delicious with a wide assortment of hot and cold dishes. We were at Lake Bled for a wedding so the location was perfect and if you need to get a bus, the stop is just outside the hotel.

A beautiful hotel with exceptional service in an outstanding location.

Breakfast choice was exceptional and the spa area fantastic. However what really made the hotel was its staff. We were a group of seven friends and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. Service from all the staff was wonderful. Will definitely be returning for another visit 😊

Lots of lovely moments throughout the property make it interesting and different. Love the mimosas for breakfast and both the food and service in the Rose restaurant are amazing

The sauna is only open after 17.00 for an extra charge of EUR 25. This is ridiculous for this price range and spoiled the whole experience. Shower flooded the bathroom every time. The room temperature was not adjustable.

Omg... I always wanted to go to lake bled . Was my first trip to Slovenia. I lived everything from pick up the taxi that I have booked via hotel to lake baked cake... I lived the staff very polite and professional and very approachable, customer and best service ever in this country. I have been traveling around the world but this hotel had the best staff that they pay attention to clients and client's needs , and succeeded my expectations. They made my trip unique and unforgettable. I will never forget you all. Thank you all from reception to room service or cleaning staff to bar and spa staff. I come back here but with my friends next time . I recommend this hotel already to my boss back in guernsey. And to all my business partners or friends.

Wouldn't recommend, and this is not 4 star hotel

Location is really good.

Breakfast is definitely not something to recommend - even though that was the main value Booking communicates. Cleanings really bad - we found somebodies sock under the curtain, spider web around the window and the towels were so old they had holes in them. And I still can't believe they are charging for Sauna - the worst one I have ever been. You don't even get towel for sauna, there is nobody at the reception, they don't have changing rooms and they don't offer beverage, or water to drink.

Lovely hotel close to lake

The staff were amazing, super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Room was lovely, and the jungle brunch was fantastic.

Hot tub wasn't great (too cold and bubbles werent working) and the spa is an extra cost per person so we didn't use that

Lovely and funky hotel

The architecture, interior design of the hotel and room was very nice, funky, we loved it. The staff is very kind and helpful. The room has a kettle, you can make yourself a tea or coffee. The pool was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast has a big selection of food.

We got a very small room, with old spider webs around the curtains and lights, a lot of limescale on the faucet, and very dirty balcony glass fence. It is a pity that such a lovely and nice hotel doesn't take good care of cleaning the rooms.
