The hosts were very nice and helpful, lovely people. The villa exceeded our expectations, the pictures don’t do it justice. Definitely better than classic big hotels- it has a lovely oldish(in a good way) posh vibe, the details, the decor, the furniture, perfect! It was spotless and the room was amazing!

A peaceful oasis in Bled!
Only stayed here for one night, but it feels like a peaceful oasis in Bled. The pool looked amazing, but unfortunately we didn’t use it because it was too cold during our stay. We also received an upgrade upon check-in which was a very nice surprise. We loved using the sauna too! The room itself was very spacious and we had a huge bathroom. The host is very communicative and it’s really easy to reach her.
The mattress was a bit soft for us, but I understand that it’s hard to have a mattress that’s good for everyone. We booked last minute and drove there immediately after booking. When we arrived, no one was there and there was no parking spot. Fortunately, they handled it really well by arranging a parking spot very quickly and doing the check in with us.

Overpriced and disappointing!
Good location and parking onsite.
As a frequent traveller, unfortunately this accommodation did not meet expectations for the following reasons: - The shower was freezing cold. - The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. To reduce this we had to stand in the shower for a good 5 minutes until the water drained in the tray however, still leaked all over the floor. The toilet was situated at the other side of the bathroom and therefore, your trousers/skirt got wet. - The bedroom wasn’t very clean. There was dust in numerous places, bedside tables were dirty, previous guests hair found in numerous places including the bed. - No access to the kitchen so not really a ‘villa’. Door locked. - Priced mini bar menu. However, only a couple of things in the fridge (which wasn’t a functioning fridge as tiny and products no cold). Confused whether these were complimentary or the property has simply ran out of products? - No staff on sight (available on WhatsApp). Didn’t feel like we were staying in a villa. Due to lack of access to the kitchen and staff it felt as though we were staying in someone’s spare room. - The smaller window in the bedroom did not have a curtain (only a material blind) and therefore, the day light shone through at first light. - Only provided one key. Overall - disappointing and overpriced!

Superb accommodation, excellent pool during the hot weather when we were there, and excellent location
We stayed in the Pool House which was just beautiful. A lovely big room separate from the house with its own dappled shady terrace, yet only a few metres from the main building, and a few metres from the fabulous pool. Large space, well furnished and the villa team were really helpful and responsive. Location is superb, really private and quiet and only a 3-4 minute stroll to the lake front and bars/restaurants. They also own Hotel Adora and we had a great ‘pop up’ dinner there.

Great location & lovely pool area
We stayed in the pool house and it was a great, private space, with your own outdoor area. The pool itself is lovely and the sunbeds are really comfortable. The location was perfect for us; just set back from the front so you’re tucked away from the main tourist area.
The villa is owned by a local hotel and because of this, communication and service could be better, e.g. our room was not cleaned until 4pm after asking via text 3 times

The pool area was lovely, very relaxing. Good size bedroom and ensuite.
We received no information on arrival about the property (eg how to access pool, times for breakfast), no one was there to answer any questions we had. We were given no email or phone number to contact anyone. This negatively impacted our experience.

Great location and interior was beautifully designed. It was spacious and had excellent facilities.
It does not have a restaurant or meal service attached to it.

Find another expensive place. This one doesn’t have any service and charges the same as other expensive places.
The location is great with a short walk to the lake. Property is very nice and well kept.
Several things: -I found last guests items in an uncleaned drawer. -some drawers had hair from previous guest. -Everyday house keeping will come to clean the room. But the don’t really clean and just make the bed. -Sometimes they don’t fill in towels even (including very wet towels we had on the floor to keep water out of a leaky shower). -Housekeeping doesn’t fill in toiletries or toilet paper. I had to keep asking every day. -Laundry is $35. They didn’t return the laundry the next day. I had to go looking for it. Then it was missing socks. I had to ask for them to look for that too. They found them and returned them to me the next day no apologies. -The dinner at the other hotel was terrible. Expensive but the steak was worse than what we make at home. -Basically non existent service. It is unclear why this place is classified as 4 star. There is no service at the property at all. You do not get what you pay for here.
