More than we expected

Regina was the best host ever and we travel a lot. Very gentile, provided us a lot of information, very attentive to our needs. Excellent, various and artisticaly presented breakfast. She took good care of us, provinding a cool room after each hot day. She gave us a lift at 6 o'"clo ck am!!! Perfect host, we wish to find someone like her in our future trips. The room and bathroom were spotless clean, fresh linen and towels every day. Quiet accomodation, beautiful large balcony. Air conditioned and fan perfect.

Home away from home

We felt at home. We stayed two days , but would have stayed for more. Regina is a very nice lady. Breakfast is amazing...you don't eat this well in any hotel I've stayed in Italy. Location is quiet but near Desenzano . Everything is a bit pricy near Garda lake, so if you want a Pizza place nearby, that is good and economic try : tre caravelle. We also had a small supper at the house, and Regina prepared cutlery and all we needed to use. House is lovely and the surroundings are amazing and quiet.

This place is wonderful! Quiet, beautiful, peaceful. Beautiful interior of the house, everything clean, fragrant. Regina is a wonderful, lovely lady.❤️She helps every step of the way and serves a delicious breakfast. The location is best for those moving by car but by bus you can also get here. I recommend highly!

The landlady was welcoming and made us feel at home. Her morning breakfast was something to look forward to. She was even kind enough to drop us to the train station. Would highly recommend.

I don’t have enough kind words to describe how excellent our accommodation was. Regina is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. She did the best in order to our living was comfortable. The best breakfast! She gave us a lot of advice and help. It was only pleasure to be here. May you always have the best guests! ☺️ Highly recommend this place!

Fantastic stay here with our lovely host Regina. The breakfast was exceptional, with guests being able to select and pre order what they would like (fresh ingredients). We especially enjoyed using the bikes that were available to rent for the day, allowing us to easily access great local beaches including Sirmione and Rivoltella. Thank you!

It is an amazing cozy house full of beautiful details, pictures, books and warmth from the owner. The rooms are clean and quiet. The location was perfect for us, 10-15 min by foot to the lake. Regina, thank you very much for everything and of course for your delicious homemade cakes)

Great base location for visiting Lake Garda

Regina was a lovely hostess - she made us feel very welcome and the place was very homely. We got what we asked for breakfast each morning at time of our choosing. She also had lovely home baked cakes for breakfast. The room and bathroom were very clean. Location was in a peaceful residential area overlooking farm and great view on one side and close enough to drive or walk the to busier lake area. My son had an enjoyable time and thought the place was great. It is the best B&B I have stayed in so far to date. I am so glad I chose this place based on its rating and location. I hope to visit again maybe in winter next time.

Amabilitatea doamnei Regina ne-a cucerit. Este o gazda cum nu am intalnit pana acum, ne-a dus pana in port cu masina si in ultima zi cu bagajele la gara, din proprie initiativa. Camera curata, dotata cu AC, privelistea superba. Micul dejun delicios si pregatit cu multa iubire de doamna Regina, ne-a facut sa ne simtim rasfatati ca in copilarie. I-am promis doamnei Regina ca ne vom intoarce cu masina la dumneaei si o pastram in suflet pentru totdeauna.

Singurul dezavantaj al cazarii este distanta fata de port si centru, insa exista un autobuz verde care se afla la capatul strazii si este bine conectat cu orasul, inclusiv cu gara.

B&B eccentrici, molto colorato e dotato di una certa personalità’, camere comode e funzionali, zona tranquilla nel verde ma facilmente raggiungibile e ben collegata, proprietaria molto cordiale, simpatica e disponibile, colazione abbondante e squisita

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, direi il dislocamento del bagno, esclusivo ma esterno alla camera anche se vicinissimo.
