An absolutely lovely stay in an ideal room with tea/ coffee facilities and a hairdryer, fan, and mini fridge. Excellent location in the heart of the town. Run by the ever friendly hosts Keith and Roz. As for the breakfast, such a selection of cooked or cold.

Our room (#7) was small / poky and sub-optimal layout. Not what we expected. As we were staying for 6 nights we would have liked a larger, more comfy room. Mattress was not very comfortable Breakfast is only served between 8.30-9.15 - which is fine most days but we would have liked a later option (e.g. to 10 a.m.) one or two days

Ideay located, lovely B&B!

Invernook was a lovely place to stay. The B&B is in a perfect location just above the main high street, only a short walk from the train station & with perfect access to all of Newquay's beaches. Ros was the most welcoming host, and Keith provided a perfect breakfast each morning. Everything about our stay at Invenook was brilliant and made our trip to Newquay a really special one. Highly recommend!

Fantastic!

The room is very comfortable and convenient. The location is great - a small walk from the downtown strip and several beaches. The room has an ensuite and a mini fridge. It is spacious, especially for the location. The owners are so lovely and genuinely care about the people staying in their accommodation. They make a full English breakfast each morning and serve you in the dining room. Amazing!

An excellent few days away in a lovely hotel with lovely hosts in a lovely coastal town !

An excellent stay - the location was very close to the local shops, cafes, bars and beaches. The hosts at were excellent, just enough interaction to make a great stay without ever being overbearing.

If I had to say anything it would be the parking - we did use the parking but it was tight (although I do have a Mondeo estate !) and only 2/3 spaces. However, this is to be expected in such a convenient location and is mentioned in the property description.

Wonderful beachside holiday

Could not be closer to the centre of town. The couple running the place are so sweet and the breakfast is to die for, home-cooked and fresh. The room as well equipped : hairdryer, towels, hand soap, clean bathroom, tea and coffee, kettle and lots of drawers. The weather was unbearably hot outside, but the fan and curtains with the window open during the day kept the room completely cool and we were on the top floor. There is a beautiful pool table on the ground floor for 50p a game. The parking space we reserved was great too. All in all one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in.

Great location to train station and local eateries. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Bed comfy and tea/coffee facilities available. Friendly staff. Good communication about stay/time of arrival.

We were leaving early on our last day like a fellow guest and so we couldn't have breakfast as that started at 8:30. I wonder if in the future there's an opportunity to just grab a bowl of cereals and juice before leaving? I wouldn't expect staff to get up early to do a cooked breakfast but a chance to grab and go would be a good option.

Very friendly hosts, and excellent breakfast. Close to train & coach stations, and a convenience store a few minutes away. Kettle provided and mini fridge for milk. Very clean and tidy, and great value for money.

A perfect stay at an exceptional establishment.

A genuinely exceptional place. Keith and Roz, the proprietors, are fantastic hosts, and really go out of their way to make your stay perfect; they even made me an early breakfast on checkout day so I could catch my train and still be well fed for the journey. The breakfasts at Invernook are among the best I've had, plentiful and excellent quality ingredients. The rooms are absolutely spotless and well supplied with tea and coffee, and the bed in the single room is incredibly comfortable. The mini fridge in the room is a nice touch I haven't seen in any other hotels. The Invernook is on a main road, but the traffic noise didn't seem excessive. The house wifi is excellent and didn't drop out once. The location couldn't be any more convenient, about five minutes' walk from the station, right at the top end of the town centre. Shops, bars, restaurants and beaches are all within ten minutes' walk. All in all I had a brilliant stay and I hope I get to come back soon.

Best b&b ever stayed in

The property was well presented, superbly clean, comfortable & warm. The hosts gave us a warm welcome & the breakfast was excellent. We stayed here 6 years ago & nothings changed. Don't even get me started on value for money. Great venue, great hosts. 100% the tops

Everything was nearly perfect. The rooms had everything we needed, we were very happy about the mini fridge. The bed was quite comfortable in my opinion. And the hosts were so friendly and welcoming, it was amazing. But what I liked most was the vegan breakfast, so delicious!

The shower stream could have been a little stronger. And my sister kinda missed a hairdryer. The hotel ist right next to a street. It didn't bother us but some people with light sleep might have their problems.

The hosts, Keith and Roz are lovely people, the place is exceptionally clean and situated in the heart of Newquay with Lidl and Tesco just 5 minutes away. The railway and bus stations no more than a 10 minute walk with transport links to lots of towns and villages for a day out. The beaches and the harbour in Newquay are beautiful and all very close by. I don't do breakfast myself but another guest said hers was excellent. Five stars from me, thank you.
