Comfortable stay in a superb location.

Was late to check-in due to underestimating the travel time and traffic delays but host was very accommodating and this wasn't a problem. Very clean room throughout, with plenty of storage space and comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom and all linen provided. Kettle and coffee / tea in room. Good value and within a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Plus free parking which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Personally not a fan of memory foam beds and the pillows were hard. But that's just me. Bathroom could have done with a lock on the door though.

The guest house was expectional. Owner was absolutely lovely kind and polite. Was a beautiful guest house. The room was lovely and clean and spacious. I highly recommend and this guest house will be our go to from now on.

Wonderful find in Newquay

Loved this guesthouse. Easy to find, off street parking and was kindly allowed to leave our car here for a short while after checkout. The rooms were upstairs and couldn’t really fault them. Clean, cosy and had everything that you needed. It was nice to have the lounge to relax in with the availability of drinks that you pay for what you drink. We didn’t have breakfast so are not able to comment Close to town centre We didn’t have views from our rooms,4 and 9 but had a lovely view from the landing

Nothing really. The only comment I would say was that our toilet in rm 9 had a tricky flush but still worked ok

The stay was enhanced by the accommodation. It was a place of generous rest and trust. With extra facilities for people wanting to bring back food and a trust bar, it made it all very special.

A lovely time was had by all

The hotel was located close to the main town, which was convenient for going out for evening meals. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Breakfast was delicious and well cooked.

The Trelinda Guest House is very central, located just a few minutes from the town centre, beaches, bus station. Arrived early and owner very kindly let us in before check in time as room was ready. Very comfortable stay and very good cooked breakfast!

Perfect place to stay in Newquay

Everything was lovely. The staff was very polite and explained to us everything we needed. The place is very clean and lovely decorated, very comfortable beds, hot showers, we had a mini fridge where we kept our drinks, a microwave to heat your meals, a kettle for tea and coffee. The chalet is like a home. The city centre is like 4-5 minutes walking and the beach is like 7-8 minutes. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back.

We had a pleasant stay.

The rooms were very clean & tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well maintained & good facilities. Showers were powerful & bathrooms very clean.

The only think I was surprised about,is that the full amount of our stay was taken a week before we arrived at the Guest house.

Perfect location, great little chalet and we would stay again.

The chalet was perfect with two bedroom, both with en-suites, a small kitchen and lounge. Plus a little outside table and chairs. Right in the centre of Newquay, clean and tidy and the owner was super friendly and helpful.

The chalet was a little dated but this didn’t bother us.

Comfortable, welcoming stay, would definitely book again!

Lovely clean, comfortable rooms, quiet accommodation at night and great addition of lounge room for little extras. Location was perfect with easy walks to both Newquay and Fistral beaches and the town centre. Parking was a great addition and a must for us!

Road outside was quite noisy during the day, but much quieter at night thankfully, but you do need to close the windows.

The location was very good perfect for the town centre, beaches and bus station.

The guest house was very outdated. It was very tired and needed updating. The room we stayed in needed some T L C. Not much thought about the position of various pieces of furniture which would make the room more comfortable. The chairs were old and uncomfortable as the seats were collapsed. The shower was poor it had no power and was a very old version. I feel that the cost of the room was alot more than it was worth.

Location was very good, short walk to the town and the beautiful beaches. The breakfast was great, the room clean and a comfortable bed. The parking was especially appreciated.

Lovely home for a trip to Newquay

Lovely place to stay for a few days close to the towns center. Everything you need. Superb pancakes for breakfast. Good value for the price.

The amazing Trelinda

The balcony suite that we had was amazing it was like a home from home, it has a separate living room area, for the times when you want to chill out, the balcony is lovely to sit outside on with a beautiful view, there are steps that lead up to the bedroom, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is freshly cooked and delicious, Kevin and Sasha are wonderful hosts and nothing is too much trouble, We will definitely be coming back again to say.

A great, affordable and super clean option for my short stay but reception rather cool.

Super clean. Great breakfast. Very reasonable rate considering it was half term. Free parking.

My room was overlooking a busy and noisy road so my sleep was rather disturbed. I didn’t feel particularly welcomed by the owners. I did arrive much later than I had originally planned due to unexpected errands I needed to run before leaving home but kept them well informed of my eta. I was made to feel like I was an inconvenience when I did arrive despite still being before curfew time. Conversation with them eventually warmed up over my two night stay but I wouldn’t say I felt particularly valued as a guest.

Pleasant stay

They have off road parking. Everything in our room was more than adequate to meet our needs for an overnight stay. The beds were soft, clean and very comfortable. The shower room was also spotless and lovely.

The only thing I didn't like was the milk that was on the tray for the coffee but it wasn't a show stopper and may have just been a matter of taste.
