Excellent guest house,spotlessly clean,great location

A continental breakfast was provided,we could have had a cooked breakfast at an additional cost but we were planning on having cooked meals out so didn’t require it. The room we were allocated was clean,fresh and had everything we needed.Comfortable beds and pillows,and the bathroom was spotless.The owners were friendly and we had a tour of the beautiful garden and fish pond.Location was fab,short walk into town and beaches.I would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely property, very clean. Spacious and attractive room and very comfortable bed. Buffett breakfast had everything we needed, and offered cooked breakfast for extra charge. Only 15 minute walk into town. Our hosts Karen and her son Andy were very welcoming and friendly 😊

Just great

Very. Very clean and new. This was me, my daughter, a friend and her daughter. Perfect location for Lusty Glaze, Porth, Watergate Bay end of Newquay. Main road in but no noise of an eve as we were at the back of the property. We felt safe and happy

Very well kept and good attention to detail, delicious breakfast, very friendly owners.

The sink for the ensuite was in our bedroom but i think that would be difficult to do differently due to the building itself

Lovely guest house

Lovely guest house. Karen and family were very friendly and attentive. The garden room we stayed in was extremely clean and well suited to me and my baby's needs. Comfortable bed, strong hot shower, in-room tea& coffee making facilities. The breakfast buffet is substantial and a cooked breakfast is also available. Good location, about 15min walk into the town centre.

Karen was very welcoming and friendly on arrival and during our stay, such a lovely lady. The accomodation is very clean, modern and has everything you need in your room. There is also use of a beautiful guest garden. The breakfast is excellent. We will definitely stay there again.

Our host was Karen, who was very friendly and accommodating. She welcomed us when we arrived and took us to one of their beautifully constructed chalets at the rear of the property. The room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean; it had a nice, powerful shower and a wonderfully soft bed; one could not ask for any more. In the mornings, we had the option of a continental or full English breakfast, which was very tasty. Her son James also has fabulous local knowledge and suggested that we take a mini trip to Charlestown Harbour in St. Austell, where the Poldark series was filmed. This was fabulous with the long boats in the harbour and the movie prop set. Not to mention the hotel is only a stone’s throw from Port Beach, which is great for its views, especially the Mermaid Pools. I look forward to another visit next summer. David & Lorraine

Perfect stay

A wonferful guest house. Spotlessly clean, great value for money and very well run. Karen is a really lovely host and breakfast is super. Lots of choice and overlooks the lovely garden. Feels homely and relaxed. Parking is a real bonus and the short walk into town makes it a perfect location. Would return in future

Love staying here. Have been before and will be back next Year. Karen is very welcoming.The room is very comfortable,nice shower, television, kettle. I love the parking as this is a rarity especially in Cornwall. Good WiFi signal and continental breakfast. Love the garden aswell.Lovely and quiet and it's in walking distance to the beach and amusements and shops.

Wonderful guesthouse and hosts, made us feel at home and lovely clean room. Location was fab, just 10 mins walk into Newquay town. Had an amazing 1 week stay here, will definitely be returning. Can't recommend this guesthouse enough!!

Lovely place filled with love

Really lovely place. Filled with kindness from the owners. Check in was easy and fast. We had two different rooms. One inside the Building one outside in a small cottage in a garden. The garden was so cute even Fish in a wooden tank. Honestly i can reccomend to anyone Family, friends, couple. Rooms was tidy and renoveted. Two breakfast options. But free breakfast option was enough to kill first hunger.

Was a little noisy early morning. Blinds in room didn't close properly so was light . View out window out back was a building site over fence, nothing to do with bed and breakfast but not a pretty site.

Great location, comfortable, very pleasant stay.

Love that there's a parking space. Karen is really friendly and welcoming. This is our second visit and will be back again. It is in walking distance of the beach and shops and it's lovely and quiet. Had a great sleep the bed was so comfortable, didn't want to leave x

Great location, a short walk away from the beach and close to the town. Our room was modern and well decorated, it was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. Free on-site parking was guaranteed with the room which is essential for us. Host was friendly and inviting. If we find ourselves in Newquay again we will definitely stay again.
