Perfect hosts, fantastic location!

The owner is super friendly and accommodating, I cannot speak more highly of her. The room was warm, comfortable and had an ensuite shower room. Free parking available and had no problems getting a parking spot, with location perfect for walking into Newquay and close to beaches and eating establishments. I would definitely return.

The toilet in the ensuite was hit and miss as to whether it flushed. The bedroom decor was unicorn heavy and quite busy.

Room 7 stank of mould!!, had bugs in bed and behind, very diry. Owner declared that everything was fine and thay couldn't smell nothing. Ridiculous. Pople double check where you book as the 4.7 stars on the rating, seriously don't kow how?? Had to leave and look for alternative.

Well located and well presented. A great find.

The location was ideal and the airport bus stopped right outside - a real bonus. The owner was really friendly and welcoming. You could tell she takes pride in her accommodation as the pathway to the annex where I stayed was lined with beautiful hanging baskets. There were lovely little touches like cold water and fresh milk in the fridge. I will stay here again next time I’m in Newquay. Thank you.

Great for an overnight stay, options to eat and rest up.

Very clean with personal touches, we stayed in the waterfall room so had the lovely picture on the wall. it made a good base for an overnight stay. The room was in the annex so peaceful and a key provided to come and go as you please, it was en suite, had good storage and beautiful lighting. Had a nice meal in Newquay town with a sea view even though we were late.

The only downside was there was no WiFi in the room. The owner said it was because they had just gone digital. WiFi could be accessed from the main house but I couldn’t get in because it was late I’m guessing the front door was locked. Quite a few buildings in the town were empty and some totally run down with broken windows which was sad to see.

Wow, I cannot recommend Jasmine House enough. It really was a perfect 3 day stay. Top cleanliness, very comfortable bed and lovely little touches left in our room (little pot of sweets, bottles of water, fresh milk, crisps and biscuits) Things were topped up as & when needed. Lovely hot, powerful shower, also very clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Full English, fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast! All topped off by being presented with a lovely box with fresh scones, jam and clotted cream to take away with you after your breakfast. Location is incredibly close to beaches and shops! Cindy and her husband were welcoming, friendly and and caring. Oh, and free onsite parking! We will be back, in fact, I don't want to leave!

Perfection

I loved that Jasmine House provided Netflix and Prime Video. I've never stayed anywhere that's had these facilities at that rate. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and it came with a complimentary scone with jam and clotted cream.

Location was lovely, car parking was a bonus! Bed was so lovely and comfortable. Was made to feel so warm and welcome and I didn’t book breakfast and lovely Cindy let me know we could book for the following morning. In which we did and the breakfast was absolutely beautiful! So lovely and fresh and the fact you can help urself go cereal and bars and pastries was a lovely gesture. I’ve got to say the breakfast was on the cheaper side compared to most places but so fresh and cooked to perfection. Shower was so clean and the shower had the best power I’ve felt for most places! The bedroom was spacious and the little snacks was a bonus! We will definitely book again for next year. Thank you so much for having us.

Great place to stay easy walking distance from a nice park and beach.

Quirky decor and very comfortable. Everything provided to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Nice to have a small fridge in the room and tv with streaming services…one we’ve not come across before. Hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast too! :0)

Taps in bathroom made me jump! Push down type which gave a torrent of water and then turned off. I couldn’t quite master them!! :0o

A warm welcome and scrumptious breakfast…

A warm welcome from Cindy and Ashley. Perfect location being so close to the shops and bars. We enjoyed sunset pizza at our fave beach /the closest beach .. Lusty Glaze. The family room was spacious and some nice gestures such as sweets for the little ones and the toiletries smelt lovely. Nice fluffy towels. Thank you for a lovely stay. My little boy didn’t want to leave. Ooo nearly forgot to mention the scrumptious breakfast.

Value for money

Stopped here while walking the South West Coast Path and was made to feel really welcomed. Comfy bed, superb breakfast and a cream tea to takeaway which was a lovely touch. Great value for money and I would definitely return if ever in Cornwall again

Short family stay

Great location, parking available, its quite, very welcoming, very good breakfast and comfortable beds. Our dogs were comfortable in room with no anxiety from them. Felt safe and secure all round. Definitely be back, it's a lovely place.

Pillows a little flat for my liking, but sorted it out and slept lovely great bed and mattress.
