Excellent freshly cooked breakfast A fan was provided on request as the weather was very warm.
View at the back overlooking parking and backs of surrounding properties, but I wasn't in my room for long periods during the day so it didn't spoil my stay.

This lovely B&B is in a perfect place for visiting Newquay, minutes from shops, bus stop ,train station and beaches, and such a great price. I was made to feel so welcome and felt very safe being a lone traveller. My room was spotlessly clean and so well equipped with mini fridge, bottled water, tea and coffee which were all replenished every day, it had everything I needed.The freshly cooked breakfast was fabulous and so reasonably priced. I will definitely return.
