Excellent location, 10 min walk from rail station, 3 min from bus station and 50 m from the Bank Street mall. Older building but everything working. Very good hot shower and comfortable room.

Although the bathroom was smaller than we would've liked, it was manageable.
The bed was comfortable despite it being on a lean (head lower than feet); that may be a personal issue (for me). Good ventilation whereby the window could be opened fully. Great location as close to the pubs, beaches, restaurants, etc., but don't expect a parking space in the tiny road (cul-de-sac) if you have a car.
No kettle in the room; when the issue was raised with the manager, he stated that he'd bring one up in the morning. It was brought up that evening [don't think he'd have liked me phoning at 0600 or before].
Key safe code dial was very difficult to see even in the day ~ had to use my phone torch and even then it was difficult to see the numbers.
