Dan was sooo welcoming , made you feel very relaxed and at home nothing was a bother,he gave us lots of information about the area we’re to go and places to eat etc . The room was very clean and tidy and they would clean it every day with fresh towels tea and coffee etc we had a lovely sea view. And down stairs you had a dining area fridge sofas tv and lots of boards games etc . And out door seating areas which was all great . The location was excellent a minute down the road and you were in the town with lots of bars and restaurants and near the beach. There is parking which was good And to top it off the weather was amazing We will definitely be coming back to stay Thank you Dan for a wonderful stay x

Really good location and very nice hotel, very clean, very homely, and you can tell straightaway that the hotel is very well looked after, Dan made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived, I really appreciated my stay with them and would definitely stay again, many thanks 🙂

Perfect location to Newquay town, soon as you walk down the road you are in the middle of the town and close to the beach! Dan himself was super, took time to speak to us and made us feel very welcome by giving us recommendations, good with communication, overall 10/10
