Excellent stay fantastic location wonderful view of the sea from my room.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but the location for very close to the main high street which had lots happening and lots of places to eat and drink.

I would have liked the option of breakfast at the guesthouse.

Good place for a solo traveller. Would stay again. And again.

The bed was super comfy. The shower had plenty of hot water and was clean. The complimentary tea/coffee was a nice touch. The place was quiet and cozy. The host was welcoming and kind. The small room had everything you needed for a 1 night stay. Location was convenient with a 24 hr car park within 3 mins walking distance.

Simply the best

I like most the host, Joanne, very helpful and obliging. She also allowed me to leave my luggage for a few hours, after check out, so I could see more of the town. The accommodations were perfect for me. I had a great night rest in a comfortable bed with a great view of the town. The location is just right next to downtown. Very convenient. It takes only 20 mins walk to the surf beach. I devinitely would return.

Lovely would come back again

Owners were lovely, warm and welcoming loved the heater in my room also how we had a pack of cookies every day! It’s the little touches that make it.

Lovely time in Newquay

Everything was clean and tidy, the town centre just around the corner. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. 😊 Thank you a lot! I will put Newquay on the bucket list for next holiday.

Lovely stay would come back.

Very comfortable beds, cleaned every day, coffee was stocked up every day. Owners were lovely and accommodating. Great value for money

Amazing !

We stayed in room number 3 and had Joanne who looked after us. Joanne made our stay extremely pleasant and comfortable. Extremely friendly, constantly checked in with us, rooms are cleaned daily as well as clean towels every 2 days. I don’t think we could have asked for anything else throughout our trip. Thank you for looking after us and hope to see you soon !

Kicking out the clients, at 10,15/ 10,20 , unfair hours for checking in and out 4,00 AM and 10,00AM

Location was central.Room was clean, small but enough.

Chech in 4,00 PM and check out 10,00AM are exagerated. The owner kicked us out at 10,15 PM.We went in the morning to a sea cruse and she didn" t give a small time to chenge the clothes.Totaly unpesant!! Never would happen this jn Romania, my lovely country. These cjecking hours m7st be changed , generslly talking onot obly at Faiways.

Excellent location

Excellent location, just a couple of minutes walk to main high street, everything easily assessable. We had a lovely clean room and very friendly and helpful host. Very enjoyable stay.

Fairways Guest House

I liked that it was near the bus station and we had tea making facilities in the room. We asked for extra milk and got it no bother. The room was spotless, with towels getting changed every other day.

We knew it was a small double, but the room shown on the website didn't show that the en suite basin was the smallest we've ever seen. So difficult to wash and shave in it. There was no point complaining as we knew it couldn't be changed. I suppose you get what you pay for. Overall, we did enjoy the location and the week we spent in Newquay.

Little gem in Central Newquay

Great hosts, nothing too much trouble Superb location. Few minutes walk to Town Centre, shops and beaches Fabulous breakfast hamper Spotlessly clean Comfy beds Would definitely stay again!

The shower room was a little on the small side but this wasn't a problem for me

Lovely Host & Lovely Guest House

Lovely host & guest house, conveniently located for the centre of town & Towans beach, to which both are just a couple of minutes to walk. We had a lovely stay thank you but realised my lil girl has forgotten & left the beach tent behind (if u could please donate it, that would be wonderful please!). Thanks so much again for having us :)

We love how close it was to town and the carpark and host was really friendly!

We didn't feel it look like the pictures and cleanliness wasn't up to scratch due to dust levels as I had allergies all weekend.

Close to centre

Small room, poor internet , tiny bathroom very little privacy with a sliding door, couldn't get the TV ( which is also tiny) to work. No breakfast despite it being mentioned on the booking form.completely overrated on booking.com

Excellent stay!!

One night quick stay to visit family. Exactly as the reviews had said. Excellent value for money, Joanne the owner was there to meet us and talk us through the room etc. Heater was on so cosy, spotlessly clean, everything you needed for a comfortable nights sleep, really quiet, and excellent shower in the morning with a nice cuppa!! Location is perfect, 3/5 minute walk to town, had supper in the first pub that you reach and it was excellent too! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again!
