Sarah the Host is great! Clean Rooms, Lots of Amenities, great location, Warm Greetings by the Dogs, Cats.

The Sky Light in room, that was too bright to sleep in and with the Wifi Lights that Flicker. If you are a light sleeper, bring an eye mask.

Lovely hosts, gorgeous room and welcoming space

We stayed here for one night and could not fault a single thing. The hosts went above and beyond they were so accommodating and just lovely. The room itself was spacious, beautifully kept, and came with a luxurious jacuzzi bath. Every detail made us feel at home, and their warmth and personal touches really set this B&B apart from anywhere else we’ve stayed. If you’re looking for a place in Newquay that combines comfort, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality, look no further. We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back! Thank you so much for everything.

Sarah the host was lovely and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room was clean. The room was well equipped with tea and coffee facilities, a mini fridge and a small fan, plus a TV with Netflix provided. Good value for money.

Our room, no. 1, didn't have a view and felt a little cramped; which is fine if all you want to do is have a bed for the night I guess.

It's easy to find as on the main road. It's really clean despite many pets. Friendly and very helpful owner. Reasonably priced. Lovely beaches and views around.

Had to contact police they will be in touch with host due to racial and disability discrimination hate crime. Poor wifi no parking space false advertisement and if host comments anything further here then she is getting served a pre action protocol letter for harassment bullying and discrimination. Real shame of these people who pick on miniorities and that too elderly and cancer patients. Booking.com does nothing to help but made matters 10 timed worse even more poor customer service handling no regard for consumer act 2015 as well. No space in bathroom tiny than airline bathrooms and dogs allowed which bark all night along causing sleep issues.

Overall it was not bad. Had a good trip.

Location and availability of a mini fridge in the room. Shower was quite good. Sarah was very friendly and gave information about things to do nearby. There was tea, coffee and hot chocolate for the kids in the room . Towels and dressing gowns were provided. So it was good.

The room we were in was a bit congested( family of 4). Beds were too soft so it sank in and gave me back pain. Window did not close. So my kids wouldn’t sleep near that window. But the bed was not for an adult . It creaked very much. Parking was a bit tight as it comes off main road and is a sharp turn into the B&B. But it was ok.

It was hard to pull out of the parking lot because there is a stop light right in front of it, but it was so close to the beach so it was worth it.
