Budget friendly stay , needs a cooler in the room
The property is easily accessible and not to far a drive from Newquay town -
The bedroom was very hot and we had to have the window open constantly which then we had the seagulls screaming at the window. We also felt the rooms were not as seen in pics and The sea view means you can just about see the sea

Has potential to be a lovely hotel once renovations are completed.
Location is great. Stunning views from sea view rooms. Staff were friendly and clearly trying their best but it appeared that there were ongoing ‘challenges’.
No heating in our rooms on the 3rd floor and the pool was out of order for the whole weekend. We were handed a fan heater to ‘solve the problem ‘ the second night as they were fully booked and were finally offered a change of rooms on the last night. Apparently the hotel is currently being modernised but some rooms, particularly those without sea views remain tired.
