Great location very clean lovely room with a sea view. Matt and Sarah very welcoming and everything we needed there would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and as advertised. Good double bed, bathroom and a great view too! Kettle and coffee machine (with coffee pods) and tea bags etc. Large good quality TV in the room which was excellent. Downstairs there was a toaster with bread, butter, jam etc. for guests to use as well as a fridge to store small items in. There is also a small honest bar and a large satellite TV. Met the hosts who were friendly and very helpful.
The only thing for me was the noise of an inconsiderate guest slamming doors in the middle of the night, but that's the luck of the draw I guess!

Nice place, owner couldn't do more to help! Really nice and clean room, very basic, handy sink in the room.
Extremely noisy on one of the nights, but apart front that the stay was lovely.
Nice Park across the road and parking (payment required) if unable to find a space on the road.
Good location, little walk down to the beach or town.
