Very pleasant room with a gret view

Room was very clean and as advertised. Good double bed, bathroom and a great view too! Kettle and coffee machine (with coffee pods) and tea bags etc. Large good quality TV in the room which was excellent. Downstairs there was a toaster with bread, butter, jam etc. for guests to use as well as a fridge to store small items in. There is also a small honest bar and a large satellite TV. Met the hosts who were friendly and very helpful.

The only thing for me was the noise of an inconsiderate guest slamming doors in the middle of the night, but that's the luck of the draw I guess!

Matt and Sarah showed excellent customer service, so much so that within 10 mins of a message about the shower Matt had fixed it. Also the place was very clean and well kept. Thanks for the great stay

Mainly personal preferences. Hustle with the bunk bad. Shared bathroom and toilet, which is understandable due the room size, but still is in issue. No fridge in the room.

We stayed for four nights in the front room which has a fantastic view over the golf course right down to the sea what we liked the most.

It's been too hot 🥵, but that's what its like when you come to the British surfers paradise over the summer 🌞⛱️

Location, clean and tidy, hosts were lovely, big fans of Fred.

Very minor complaint we had is the shower would benefit with a shelf to put toiletries on whilst showering, as it’s quite hard to manoeuvre to pick up toiletries from the floor whilst in the shower. (However wouldn’t put us off staying again)

very lovely room with bay window and views of the golf course and sea. the sun poured in during the evening. very helpful and friendly host. lovely dog which is no bother and definitely adds to it. I would stay again. handy for walking the SWC

Staff were friendly and welcoming, the view was beautiful. There is a park opposite the guest house for the kids which came in handy. Room was spacious and clean. Location is great everything is in walking distance. Perfect :) thank you x

Ideal location, comfortable room, friendly host!

Fantastic location, a short walk from the beach and main strip (we even were able to carry our paddleboards from Breakers to Town Beach - that's how close it was!) We also didn't find parking a challenge at all. The room was comfortable and spacious, had lots of storage space, large TV and our room had a shower which was great. Owners are very friendly and helpful, highly recommend!

Very little fault to be found in all honesty. If I were to be INCREDIBLY picky - it would be the motion sensor lights in the hallways would light the room up through the window above the door in the night if anyone else was up and about...but that's us being super picky!

Pleasant

Nice place, owner couldn't do more to help! Really nice and clean room, very basic, handy sink in the room. Extremely noisy on one of the nights, but apart front that the stay was lovely. Nice Park across the road and parking (payment required) if unable to find a space on the road. Good location, little walk down to the beach or town.

Cute place

Was greeted with a warm welcome, property very secure. Close enough to everything with a short 10 min walk to the start of town. Rooms weren’t massive but big enough for a short stay. Beds were comfortable and the hot drink facilities were a bonus. Some seating out at the front which was especially useful considering how difficult it was to get booked into any bars. No designated parking but always managed to find a spot to park for free! I’ve never stayed in a hostel before but this was a pleasant first experience of one!

Lovely guest house. Matt and Sarah were fab, really helpful and friendly! Room was spacious and my friend and I really enjoyed out stay! Great location, next to the beach, town centre and had free parking on the street in front.

Superb

Had a great stay and took the dogs with me. Owners very friendly and the place was super clean. Location was also really good. Parking directly opposite and walking distance to fistral beach. Highly recommend!
