Overall it was ok to spend a night Although beds were a little old

The breakfast was ok My kids liked it

The lift was very small hardly a wheelchair could fit in it We struggled to get our children’s wheelchair in the lift and the doors were a reasonable size not very big In the morning the lift broke down so we had to bring wheelchairs down the stairs which were dangerously heavy

To be honest I didn’t like nothing I usually book premier in but this time thought I change for better but found worse.

From reception hallways to the room it just stinks stains on beddings.. with the room smell we got used to it after we left. During or when we left no one asked how was our stay.. not that they would have changed much….

Over priced and unhappy with stay and staff.

Breakfast wasn't very nice and unorganised

Everything! We were promised the use of the swimming pool for our children when I booked, they said it was out of use when we arrived and promised we could use it before we checked out the following morning. The morning came and we were told we couldn't use it. The staff didn't care at all. The games room was terrible, no working toys and nothing to do. There was no air conditioning in the room, very uncomfortable. The hotel needs a complete make over. Complete waste of money and this hotel ruined our holiday.

At the price in the area and it was Boardmasters I didn’t expect much but it still fell below expectations. Wi-Fi only in the lobby / lack of advertised parking / very tired and dated

Less than good

It was in a good location and the breakfast was good.

The lift didn’t work, the ice machine was broken, AND the really disappointing thing was they would NOT let you check in until 3 pm on the dot ! Never been to a hotel that hasn’t let us check in if we were a bit early (less than an hour).

Loved the staff but very disappointed.

Staff were amazing, very welcoming & friendly. Perfect location, lovely breakfast.

The Beds really hurt our backs. No fridge in room. The swimming pool, bar & entertainment wasn’t open all weekend because of broadmaster festival which was very disappointed as We came for a chilled weekend, paid a lot of money for the hotel, couldn’t use anything & We didn’t get told until we arrived that everything was closed. We could have got a much cheaper hotel with just a room & breakfast somewhere else but we wanted entertainment & a swimming pool.

Horrible

We booked this hotel as it had an indoor pool incase the weather was poor (cant trust the british weather ) On arival was told swiming pool not in use for maintainace but you can use it sunday morning so after breakfast asked to use the pool only to be told that they had just put chemicails in and wont be ready for after 10 when we had to leave HOTEL ROOM we know one set of beds were bunk beds but everytime someone moved it was horrible queek noise so the qife i gave up the double for the daughter and her young son i slept on y=the bottom bunk again when i mover or turned over was woken fron the queeks..The room was so hot even with the windows open and the juliett balcony door openmy took dovuas off top bunk to sleep on the floor but there some sort of hot pipe that runs through that area so she hardly slept. Bearing all this in mind we feel that we should be given a refund this place really ruined our weekend away

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good overall experience staying with my 3 children and small dog, very accommodating.

The mattresses could be more comfortable and noises could be heard from neighbouring rooms, so white noise could help with that since it’s an older property.

Faulty Towers!

Service. Meals were awful. On Saturday morning we waited 15 minutes and still had not seen anyone despite ordering a meal the night before. The swimming pool is not available each day, only at certain times. We were so disappointed that we came home early.

Excellent hotel and one I'd like to stay in again.

Loved the family room as the rooms were separate. My dad left his phone in the bedroom he was in and staff were very helpful in finding it and keeping it save till we went to pick it up. Thank you.

Parking is not available with no guides to alternative. property advertise they have parking on arrival but it’s it’s 10 spaces max that Al seats booked out. To add it’s dated and could do with deep clean and touch ups as it’s not a great feel when you come looks like BB on budget.

Awful and would never stop again.

Room was awful, dirty with cracks in the walls and wallpaper peeling off. You could only open the windows an inch and could not get any air into the room. The mattress was very poor quality and uncomfortable. Made very uncomfortable at breakfast as I was not with a coach party and nothing set out for me.

We loved that the place still has the traditional hotel vibe, we liked the decor and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely and we were served by a lovely lady, the food came fast and was delicious. The room was beautiful and clean.

Close to the beach and centre of Newquay. Breakfast was always lovely. Parking on site was very handy too.

There were some interesting smells in the room that we couldn't get rid of. The room was a little run down as the door didn't close properly and the bathroom door has a hole in it. The wardrobe dint close properly and the window did not open.
