    The hotel location was central to Newquay and can explore around the town, however the hotel is in dire need of a refurbishment. The walls in the room had yellow stains, although we appreciated being given an upgrade to a suite we were told our balcony was out of bounds with no explanation. Spa was very mediocre, had no ambience, the jacuzzi was not working, the whole spa needs upgrading.
