Amazing location, literally 2 minute walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and a corner shop close by. The room was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities you'd need. Room cleaned and bins emptied daily, games room downstairs. Would visit again, lovely stay, thank you.

Car park next to building was noisy overnight on occasion, but aware this isn't under their control and didn't affect the stay.

Central, Clean, Comfortable...

Harrington Flats were in a quiet yet very central location. Our apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The beds were huge and so comfortable. The shower was super too. Couches allowed for home comforts and Jackie, our host, had left lots of little extras to help us settle in without needing to go to the shop on arrival. Jackie was great. She was there to answer questions and to give advice and local knowledge when we needed it (car trouble), she kept our bins empty (nice too to have recycling facilities) and always enquired as to how our stay was going but she never intruded: a quiet, helpful presence that was very much appreciated. Our car was in a secure shed only a stone's throw away which gave us great peace of mind also.

Hard to think...building is old so we could hear walking upstairs at times and the quality of the curtains allowed light enter early in the morning (very small things that really didn't bother us!)

Location was excellent as were the host Jackie who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The flat was spotlessly clean and was modern and very comfortable. We would definitely return and would highly recommend this accommodation.

We did find the sofa, which was a bed settee uncomfortable to sit on, after saying that it could be an age related problem.

The location was near the beach. Owners very friendly and helpful. Very clean flat.

The water went cold after one of us had a long shower. Full sofas needed rather than singles. Also need a dining table.

Locatie, locatie, locaties!

De locatie is werkelijk perfect. Daarbij was het appartement uitstekend gefaciliteerd, met een ruime woonkamer, twee perfecte slaapkamers en een prima badkamer. Het appartement is op loopafstand van een van de stranden in Newquay, de winkelstraat en alle andere bezienswaardigen. Al met al een prima plek voor een verblijf. Wij zouden het de volgende keer zo opnieuw boeken.
