We loved our stay here. Beautiful room with stunning views, super friendly staff, great food and fantastic location.
A lift would have made the experience even more perfect.

Large rooms, excellent staff service, Spa facilities excellent as is the location
I could imagine parking at the hotel in the summer would be luck of the draw. But for us no issues as we stayed in January.

The overall seamless comfort, the staff, the restaurant, the lovely attentive staff at breakfast and restaurant.
Not much but walking through the bar from the spa perhaps.

The fridge had a strange smell however the rest of the room was clean.

The location is stunning, great for coastal walks. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The majority of the staff were very friendly and professional. The spa is nice. Breakfast was good.
The Dune restaurant was disappointing. We booked a table there for one of the nights of our stay, thinking we would be having a great dining experience but it was too cold to sit there comfortably and the food was nothing special at all unfortunately. We had planned to have a leisurely 3 course meal but just had a main course due to the lack of heating and attitude of staff. We would have eaten in the Bar again if we had known this. We still had a lovely stay at the hotel, I just wouldn't recommend eating in the Dune restaurant.

The location was good, view was gorgeous. Good selection on bar food menu
Room was far too warm, bed was extremely uncomfortable, the sides dipped down from the middle so felt like I was constantly being rolled out of bed. Very noisy part of hotel also, think the kitchen bins were outside as there was constantly banging and clanging and one morning I could hear what sounded like a bin truck very early, like around 5.45am. In bar staff were friendly, however in the 3 days I was there not once did they come to me to check if my food was alright or if I wanted to order a drink and yet I saw them do this on multiple occasions with other guests that were couples or in groups. I was a solo guest and I can only assume this had something to do with it but not sure why.

Comfortable and clean rooms, facilities were lovely
Everything was great, and they were maintaining and fixing the sauna when I was there, gutted but also nice to see it wasn’t just “out of order”

The hotel overlooks the spectacular Fistral Bay, and the whole experience of staying there was superb.
We had a lovely sized double room overlooking the beach with a great walk-in shower and a separate bath.
The breakfast was amazing - lots of great choices - cereals, croissants, fruit etc plus a great cooked breakfast - Eggs Royale or Full Cornish plus more!
All of the staff from check-in to bar, restaurant, spa, etc., were exceptional. The spa is great (a little on the small size for such a big hotel) but was perfectly adequate and didn't get too busy. It has a pool, steam & sauna rooms plus a jacuzzi. It was lovely to relax in.
We opted for the half board, and it didn't disappoint. The evening menu has an array of wonderful choices to suit every palate plus choices for vegan & vegetarian diners. The food was delicious! The half board option is incredible value for money.
The bar area has a very laid-back, relaxing vibe with panoramic views across Fistral Beach. They have dining options, too, as well as tea/ coffee, drinks/coctails, etc. We stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved it!
We highly recommend this wonderful hotel if you are looking to totally relax, walk on the glorious beach, enjoy a spa, and eat great food.

Staff were great - friendly, professional, attentive .
Amazing views of Fistral beach.
Evening meal menu could have been more varied and bigger quantities with side dishes included for half-board rate.
Outdoor shower/changing for surfers and other beach users would help.

Lovely location and great bar and restaurant area, good food!
Spa was a little tired- no chill area around the pool to sit and relax between heat rooms and swimming.

The stuff was very nice and polite. We also enjoyed the breakfast with a nice view of the beach.
In the restaurant, they forgot our order and made us wait until I needed to go to the bar to check about it.
My wife said the female changing room in the swimming pool was dirty and some of the lockers were not working properly. The soap dispensers in the shower were also not working (clogged up) properly in the changing room.
Our bedroom door made horrible squeaky noise which was loud and annoying.

This hotel sits on the edge of Fistral beach, the views are amazing.
The room was bright and modern with all the amenities you could want, including plentiful tea and coffee.
The restaurant is incredible the food is awesome and the staff are wonderful, friendly, attentive and so efficient...in particular, Noah and Molly were amazing.
The bar staff were also great, on the ball and you never sqw them not working.
The whole vibe of the hotel was friendly and welcoming and we loved our stay.
The bed, the mattress needs changing, it wasn't supportive and as someone who suffers with joint issues, it was a killer.
The bottom of the door had too bigger a gap under, which let too much light in overnight. We ended up putting pillows against it to block the light.

We had a great relaxing break. The room was large and comfortable with a generous selection of teas and coffees. Fantastic breakfast! Food was delicious and all the staff were very pleasant. The only available table for the Saturday night was 9pm as we had booked our stay at short notice, but there was no problem with our eating earlier in the bar instead. Loved the pool especially before breakfast when we pretty much had it to ourselves.
The room was a bit hot but it didn't bother us particularly. One health & safety point - we felt the heater in the sauna should be covered by a guard.

All the staff were really helpful and friendly and our room was lovely to arrive to.
The views are amazing.
The room was very comfortable and clean and the room facilities were great.
We enjoyed the pool and my treatment was very relaxing.
The restaurant service was brilliant. Quality of food on our first night was very good and the restaurant manager was very helpful in adapting the menu as I struggled to find anything that suited me (I'm not into game or hot spices so found the menu very limited).
The warm breads at the start of the meal were lovely both nights.
The self service part of breakfast is great- lovely selection of fruits and yoghurt etc.
Would stay again, but maybe only on b&b basis. Overall though, it did what we needed and we recharged.
The restaurant menu was a challenge. I struggled to make a choice altogether on the second night and the fish and chips (not available on the first night) was very disappointing. It was brill, complete with bones, the batter wasn't cooked and the chips were soggy and grey. I assume it was a different chef as the standard was so far apart from the quality and presentation from the first night.
I didn't have the energy to say anything about it. Our booking was for DBB. In hindsight, the bar menu looked better and perhaps I should have asked to choose something off there.
Breakfast was a similar story - service great both meals, but quality of food distinctly different and of lower quality on the second day.
Parking is great if you can get it, otherwise a bit of a pain. We got parked on the road, but it's off season. Can see this being a real problem in summer.

Lovely pool and spa facilities. Definitely worth upgrading to a sea view room.
Did not expect to be presented with an additional charge on checking out- a service charge apparently. This was disappointing given the amount of money it cost to stay the night.
