Breakfast was good. Additional cake was provided on our arrival day. The room was huge and comfy.
Our hosts were exceptional and gave us load of advice about restaurants and events in the area. Plus helped us with the luggage and checked the trains for us
Guest House was in easy reach of the train station.
Bathroom was ok but could be a bit bigger.

From the moment we arrived, Paul and Chantelle made us feel incredibly welcome. Their hospitality was truly amazing. It was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring.
Morning breakfast was delicious and served right on time.
What really stood out was the way Paul and Chantelle interacted with us. Their conversations and kindness made it feel less like staying in a guesthouse and more like being part of a family.
The hosts even let us keep our bags in the living room while we were out for the day even though we had checked-out that morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed how accommodating they are.
We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Newquay and would happily stay again in the future.

Paul and his wife were extremely pleasant and breakfast was good.
Off site location for parking at an additional fee was not excepted but after further review I realized parking was not advertised.
