Great stay in the hearth of Dubrovnik

I had a great stay at this apartment in Dubrovnik. Communication was excellent from the start — they always responded quickly and were very helpful throughout. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos: clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. It has all the amenities you might need, and the hosts were very attentive. The location is also convenient, about a 10–15 minute walk to the city center. I would definitely recommend it!

Very good talk to the owner, good tips and directions. Good cappuccino also. Very good value for money, last villa outside the traffic restricted area and the parking is a huge plus in this city. Rooms are large and clean.

Excellent location and very comfortable room/beds with a lovely host but the parking is a hinder.

Clean Convenient Staff were friendly

The parking area is very tight, so you either block someone or get blocked in. You have to leave your keys in a communal spot, which can be inconvenient, especially if you need your car late at night, like we did, and couldn’t get it out so ended up staying indoors.

Great room and location!

The villa is in a very strategic location, just a 10-minute walk from the old town and well connected by bus. The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was plentiful and served at the table (must be requested separately, but it's well worth it). Andrea is a very kind and attentive host; she was extremely helpful with everything we needed, including the arrangement of a daily boat trip. Highly recommended!

A lovely, friendly place to stay in a fabulous city.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and did much to accommodate us. The air conditioning was excellent! The room was more like an apartment - very spacious, with a lovely terrace, kitchenette and a good bathroom.

It was quite a long walk from the old town. I may have preferred to stay a bit closer but the upside was we got a lot of exercise walking back and forth! I suspect if it hadn't been so hot when we were there it wouldn't have been an issue at all.

Very responsive, polite and helpful staff. They accommodated our arrival at 1:00am in the morning due to a late flight Excellent location - 15-20 mins walk to old town entrance Great balcony with nice view Very clean!

Shower drained slowly and some more pillows would be nice, but this was by no means bad at all:) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Overall, a good place

The apartment looked just like in the photos, and overall cleanliness was good. We especially enjoyed the beautiful sea view from the living room and bedroom. Towels were changed daily and beds were made, which we appreciated.

A downside was that the windows of the living room, one bedroom, and the terrace faced a busy main road. This took away from the peaceful sea view due to the constant traffic noise. Also, two windows couldn’t be opened. We reported this to the reception and were told someone would come the next morning, but no one showed up. We had to follow up again in the afternoon, and only then the issue was fixed.

Great city stay with kids

Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Just a 10 min walk with the kids to the wall. Really comfy and spacious and great to have two bathrooms. Staff organised breakfast to our room as we have 3 small children with early wake ups. There was a bath for the kids too which was great and a fridge. We were a bit worried about parking but the staff parked up the car and it was always accessible.

Clean rooms but not good location

Rooms were clean, well maintained and big enough, comfortable bed. Host responded on call but did not have any bus related information No balcony.

The location is not old town it says near but its like climbing 300/400 staircase and uphill walk Any tourist point in google will show you 18/20 min walk but its uphill stairs which is not at all easy. The apartment is on highway, NO cafes, restaurants near by its only in old town which is again walking away hose stairs. Apartment itself is on 3rd floor no elevator. Host is very nice but they lack in terms of information they had no idea about bus stops names or route (as in google it will not show any bus) you can only find it in Dubrovnik public transport. I have attached bus nearest stop details.

Only positive was room size for our large family.

Staff was not the greatest nor helpful. Owners were a little a disrespectful. Who thinks it’s good practice to barge into someone’s room for lightly played music at 9pm.. Found unaccepted messes from previous guests and we were blamed. Then final disrespect was refusal to get some food warmed up because no microwaves in room.

The properties location, very close to Old Town, cafes and restaurants. We could park our hire car on site. Breakfast was great, very well priced, saved us walking around to find a decent breakfast without being smoked out.

Great villa with a view

The caring and gentle way the staff treated us. Romana is a so, so nice person. But also her husband and sister. And her little kids too! The view is marvelous, the room was so clean, with such a good scent in the air.

The location is a bit far from Dubrovnik's main attractions (around 1.2km) but nothing non-negotiable... For elderly, it's probably needed a kind of transportation and as the villa has parking, it should be no issue

The apartment met all our expectations and we had a great stay.

Very practical and nice apartment, with good beds, air conditioning and little noise, despite the fact that the villa is right on the main road. Pleasant and very helpful service. Only 10 minutes walk to the old town, on small roads and stairs down to Dubrovnik. Supermarket at the nearest corner.

Small terrace, and what looked like a restaurant at the pictures are actually only a courtyard next to the main road.

Family Run Hotel With A Great Location

This is a family-run hotel located on a main street in Dubrovnik. The room I stayed in was larger than I needed and all the staff were incredibly helpful. For me, the main selling point of the property was the location. The walk into the Old (walled) City is all down a series of stairs (public sidewalks) of cobblestone. It's an easy walk and hard to get lost on the way there. Of course, the walk back to the hotel is back UP those very same stairs. On the way to the Old City you'll find a good size convenience store (market) and a pizza place with a small self-service laundry facility (useful if you're on a longer trip).
