Rooms Vjera

We loved staying here, and it was the best place we stayed on our month-long Croatia trip. Branko is a true, genuine host, which is rare these days. He is very kind and generous, and we enjoyed chatting with him. The setting is beautiful with an amazing view over the old town and sea and lovely garden. It is in a perfect location for old town (up some steps like most places but was no problem for us), close to airport bus stop, cable car, and local bakery, restaurant/cafe and supermarket if you don't feel like going to the old town. The room is spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean with it's own incredible view. Comfy bed. Bathroom and kitchen were spotlessly clean. Fresh towels every day and beach towels to use. The bathroom is just outside the room, but was only for our use, and just felt like an extension of the room (a bonus is that it's more spacious than most). The kitchen is very well set up. A lovely outdoor balcony area to relax in. A truly beautiful place to stay. Thank you Branko, we hope to come back!

The owner, Branko, provided an outstanding services!!! The view from the room was stunning (even though it is because of the next house down is demolished, so I am not sure for how long you have it). Completely equipped kitchen, large refrigerator. Towels changed daily! Excellent shower. Large room. Strong Wi-Fi. Beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a full view of the Old Town, have a dinner or breakfast, or drinks.

I am not sure how many people are aware, but Dubrovnik, except Old Town, Is situated on a steep hills. Consequentially, in most cases you need to go up and down on many steep stairs. And most of properties for rent are not reachable by the car. And sometimes it is difficult to find the address. Even though we usually travel by car, fortunately in Dubrovnik we didn't have one, otherwise it is a big issue with parking somewhat near your property. Also you need to be aware whether you will need to go down or up the stairs with your luggage when dropped off by the taxi. Also, while in Rooms Vjera you'll have your own bathroom, it is not adjacent to the room, and there another room on this floor (with their bathroom). Kitchen is shared.

Beautiful property with an amazing host. Branko is a lovely gentleman who is so welcoming and accommodating. The views from the room and the balcony are just incredible. It’s very clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want a relaxing property still very close to the old town which was a 10 minute walk. If I ever come back to Dubrovnik I will definitely stay here again. Thank you once again Branko for your hospitality 😊🙏

Beautiful location, perfect size room, mighty ac, fantastic terrace overlooking Dubrovnik Old Town and Lovrijenac fortress, fully equipped old schoold kitchen, lime tree bursting in through the window in the bathroom shower, spacious bathroom... .

The room is not en suite so there is a lot of locking and unlocking doors when going to the bathroom which gets tiring.
