It’s out in the middle of nowhere first room we were allocated door wouldn’t latch shut moved to another room right next to kitchen area noisy had a shower & was standing in2 inches of water 💦 😡no Netflix connection it kept trying but not enough wifi unable to make calls had to go into car park to do so . Drinks price in room can of beer $2.50 / 500ml glass of beer $6.00 euro & guess what can’s unavailable so they make you buy the glass more profitable for them 500ml red wine $5.00 euro asked for that told I had to wait until tea time before they serve it 😡. Waited @ airport for over an hour to be picked up 😡. Breakfast in the morning before transfer to Airport was okay 👍.

2 nights in Dubrovnick

we had a good stay, with a great view of the ocean and the old city, possibly better than being in the old city over the road. window and shutters open for fresh air. Access is relatively easy and the property is very secure. Landlady is easy to deal with. Kettle, fridge and air-conditioning all work well as does the bathroom and hair-dryer. 10-15 minute walk to Banje Beach, which is great if you hang in for a few minutes. 10 minute walk to cable car for walking/ tramping and views.

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment.

Very nice one bedroom apartment with sitting room/kitchen. Great view of Old Town from the windows. Location was very good. Across the street was a bus stop and also the stairs leading down to Pile Gate. Grocery store was a short walk about 5 minutes walk and the cable car was less than 10 minutes walk.

Stairs leading up to top floor did not have handrails.

Location right above the old town. New clean bathroom, comfortable bed. Seating outside available. Host is communicating fast.

Since it’s a remodelled family house, the doors to rooms have matte glass windows of various sizes. So when someone is in the hallway the light is shining right through the door.

Great located room.

Great location a short stroll to the old town. Fantastic views of the city from balcony in apartment. Clean and tidy.

The apartment wasn't really an apartment but just a room with bathroom attached. Much smaller than it looked in pictures. No instructions provided in how to access the apartment in advance. Host didn't speak English but was very friendly and helpful with Google translate. No iron.

Well located close to the old town of Dubrovnik, but also slightly removed from the hustle and bustle around the Pile Gate. The room has a lovely view over the walls of the old town and the ocean beyond.

Nice apartment next to a magnificent town

Two rooms and close to the Old Town walls. Quiet and chill during the night.

They didn’t make the rooms for the second night. And there was no rubbish bin. Could’ve used a few more towels as well.

Close to the pile gate of the Old town. Loved that you can see the famous fort and the sea from the window. All the basic amenities were there. Quite spacious.

There were only one pillow available per person and they were quite flat. So had trouble falling asleep.

Be aware of parking cost

Close to the city walls and nice clean rooms

We loved this place except for the lack of parking. I read the reviews that some folks got free parking but for whatever the reason we were never offered this. I booked this apartment almost 6 months prior to our travel and inquired about the parking soon after booking, but the host/operator (it seems another 3rd party handles their booking.com requests) wrote me that there is no free parking and to use the parking garage near by. I thought it was going to be around €20/day and reasonable. WRONG!! It was €120/day! You have to get prepaid daily parking ticket to reduce it to €69/day, which is still ridiculously expensive and a detail the host/operator didn't mention either. My husband begged the parking attendant to charge us this rate and got it, but still the over all parking expenses were so outrageous! The traffic is terrible around the area and is long one way street that you have to circle like 20 minutes for one loop. Parking lots do not have clear, large prints of the rates at the gate. It's something the host/operator should/can clearly help before arrival, but did not happen. Although our stay was good otherwise, I would have reconsidered my booking had I know all this.

excelent location just outside the old city walls. you just go down the stairs and you eneter the gates of the city. It is very clean, with large rooms.. and the view.. what a lovely view. A big plus is the free parking. great value for money

Beautiful location looking over Old Town. Clean and comfortable room

Great location near Old City Dubrovnik (though it does take over 200 steps to get down and back up!!). View is wonderful from room over the old city. Size is adequate, bed quite comfortable, and shower hot. Staff friendly though not strong on English (better than my Croatian!). They were easily accessible by text and phone.

Internet service was slow and spotty though adequate for basic use. The many steps down and up were an effort but I found I only needed to do it once a day!

Great location, very close to city center

We stayed three nights during winter time. Unfortunately, the room was not really isolated (the wind came through the window) and the air conditioning system of the room was really noisy during the night. Wi-fi connection was only available in the leaving room, not in the room and in the bathroom...

The room was clean and comfortable, the view from it was amazing. The free parking spot was awesome. The location of the apartment is very close to the center. The host was helpful with whatever we needed.

While the location is close to the center, it's up the hill, so be prepared for a lot of stairs (around 200) when returning to the apartment. There's not enough places in the bathroom to hang up the towels.

Idéalement situé pour visiter Dubrovnik

Appartement idéalement placé à l'extérieur des remparts, on descend les marches et on est à la porte Pile, ou bien on prend la rue et on arrive en 5 min au téléphérique. Le logement (2 chambres et une salle de bain/WC) était climatisé, la literie était confortable et la SDB spacieuse. Le petit frigo a été bien utile aussi. La propriétaire nous a bien aidé pour réserver les taxis pour arriver et repartir.

Le logement est une partie d'un logement plus grand or certains voisins étaient un peu bruyants. Cool d'avoir 2 vasques dans la salle de bain, ça pourrait être utile d'avoir plus de patères pour les serviettes.

Appartement agréable, propre et très bien placé

L’appartement était propre et spacieux. Le lit confortable. L’emplacement est parfait: à quelques minutes à pied des remparts (sans être dans le tumulte du centre ville), à côté du téléphérique et de l’arrêt de bus pour aller à l’aéroport.

Il manquait une machine à café. Il y avait une bouilloire avec du thé et du café lyophilisé. Un peu bruyant avec la route passante, mais reste acceptable.
