The location of this property is great, set in the rice paddy’s close to Ubud city centre. It’s really peaceful.
The two bedroom villa was large and had a well stocked kitchen.
The staff are really really lovely, very accomodating a super friendly, did a great job shuttling us into town and back on scooters.
The villa needs some attention, it’s very tired looking and the shower is quite mouldy and the villas’ private pool was also mouldy and slimy, we didn’t use it and used the main pool instead. I would have been ok with these things but the villa is not cheap. We needed gluten free for breakfast which they stated they could accommodate and got gluten free bread for us which we appreciate but other than that breakfast was quite basic. We would consider coming again but wouldn’t chose the villa, just a basic room instead.

Everything was great - the rooms were clean, the beds super comfy, the sheets were so soft, the shower water pressure was great and the staff were friendly and helpful.
There was nothing I didn’t like - it was all great! We actually suggested this hotel to 2 couples we met and they stayed there too and really liked it.

Excellent breakfast
Very fresh and hot
The only problem is that we have to go on two wheelers because it is located in the middle of the rice fields but that is the location which makes it unique and beautiful surrounded by rice fields. So going on Teri wheelers was ok, actually a thrill.
