I love coming back here as the staff so welcoming. Excellent position as so quiet yet I can easily walk to many restaurants

It was the extras like a number of phone charges, so much space in rooms, how staff knew your name, excellent spa facilities, lovely breakfasts, even shopping bags to borrow, petals on bed and night shirts. Grass! Well manicured gardens, cleanliness and safety. Like decent locks on doors. Really professional yoga classes, full hour at no cost, not just a lipservice class. Proximity to town and monkeys. Large enough to have all services and not see heaps of guests around but small enough to feel special and valued.

In a great spot, beautiful grounds and the staff were lovely
The room was very tired and the shower was awful with very little water pressure. I received an electric shock when I went to turn on a lamp. There was no follow up from staff about this even though I reported it immediately
