I really loved the place! The location was perfect for not only exploring Ubud, but also allowed us to get some nice trips to the north. The whole place is adorable and the breakfast was really outstanding!

Good location in Ubud, comfortable, close to all restaurants, etc.
Re reviews, photos, must admit it didn’t quite meet my expectations, for the price compared with other accom.in our 16 day stay in 5 different areas of Bali…. Perhaps just my perception.

This hotel is in a great location on a busy strip with lots of restaurants nearby. Easy walk to the Monkey Forest. The staff are very helpful and the grounds are very well maintained, lovely gardens. Breakfast was not included but they do offer a special price for breakfast for inhouse guests. I chose to go out to other cafe's to eat.
The bar serves serves red wine and cocktails, but no white wine!
The mattresses seriously need replacing - mine was very hard, I could feel the springs as there's no padding on top, could even hear the springs squeak when you move. Felt it was a bit overpriced for the standard of the aging property - overdue for renovation.

Location good.
Internet was very poor, too slow for their streaming only entertainment sites and youtube to function at all.
The ala carte plated breakfast provided for adults was fine but no provision for small children.
The room was small but of adequate size.
