Great location. Would stay here again.

The AC was very cold. The balcony was clutch (great) & the beds were very comfortable. Also this location is top tier.

We only had the burgers, but the meat was poor quality and not that good however they weren’t that expensive so I guess we got what we paid for. I’m not sure about anything else. The pool was more mediocre tho it was clean and useable.

Good location

Ubud is easy to get around and has many good shops.

There were other great hotels around, but nothing particularly noteworthy.　 As someone with asthma, it was difficult for me to go out or to a restaurant without having to pass through a staff hangout every time. The pool was small and not very appealing to swim in.

We loved our interconnected rooms. The service was amazing and the breakfast every morning was also very delicious.

In one of our rooms the fridge wasn’t as cold as the other room even though it was on the same setting.

Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel!

We stayed 10 days in a deluxe room and absolutely loved it! The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms and pool are set well back from the road so it is very quiet and peaceful. The room is large with comfortable bed and a sofa. Great air conditioning and wifi worked really well. You can also stream Netflix via the tv. The breakfast is delicious and you get a good selection of options. The cafe also serves light meals until 4pm. Close to lots of great restaurants and bars and great location in central Ubud. It is a good 15 minute walk from the monkey forest and we did not see any monkeys in the hotel grounds the whole stay which we were thankful for.

The mattresses were very firm which affected our sleep comfort. They could consider fitting a mattress topper to make them a bit softer.

Short and sweet stay .

Location ( well placed ) , good staff , hospitality was excellent especially from Wayan and Dwi.

The room which was assigned to me 823 needs proper door weathering strips and AC needs to be placed in the center . So room gets cooler . Apart from that all was good .

Quiet and peaceful with a spacious room!

The location is excellent and very quiet. We had an interconnecting room for 3 adults and a child and it was very spacious. The staff were so friendly!

The shower was freezing or boiling - no in between. It’s a mosquito heaven but this is Ubud in general due to the environment but it made the pool not very enjoyable.

The property was very clean, every day we saw the staff cleaning. Both the rooms and the entire property. Furthermore the breakfast was amazing, not that big of a selection, but all of the choices were great!

Location was great, walking distance to many restaurants bars and shops. Beautiful gardens. Quiet from street noise. Comfortable seating outside our room looking into garden.

Gardener ginged monkeys. Upgrade work was being done in the complex so a bit noisy at times.

Pleasant

We stayed in the property for four nights and five days. The staff was friendly and approachable. but most of us quite pleasant although there were some clubs nearby they will all close at all before 11:30 PM. there are some great restaurants and pubs nearby.

A little bit of cleanliness needed apart from that no complaints.

Location and breakfast

The rate they charge doesn’t match what they deliver. Facilities are old and definitely not well maintained. The shower drain was blocked and there was a window on the top on the door with no curtains forcing us to wake up 5:30 in the morning.

Fabulous clean room, staff were amazing. Coconuts and bowls of complementary fruit were delivered to my room everyday. Staff new all the guests names. Would definitely recommend
