Paid for 3 nights but I left after 1 night.

The room was dirty with many ants crawling on the floors, many spiders, and other scary insects crawling under and around the bed. Also, the room was a very long walk from the main lobby. The room service charges are unclear, for example, the price of a cocktail is 450, but I was charged 900k because "it was delivered to my room", and also the happy hour on the room service menu says 2 for 1, but I was not honoured the deal because I was told "it only applied when the weather was clear".

Fabulous Accommodation will book again

Sri Aksata is a great location for walking around Ubud being on Monkey Forest Road there is a variety of Restaurants, close to the Ubud Market & shopping up the street. They have 2 wonderful pools & a wonderful massage spa on location. They also have a happy hour near the first pool with an excellent Bar Man serving cocktails, beer & Wine. Breakfast is basic with Balinese & Western food but very obliging to cook what you require. Delicious

Nice location, bad Wi-Fi & Air-Con. Would not stay again.

Wi-Fi is unusable. 3 to 6 Mbps. If you want to use your devices, forget about staying here. Also air-con in the upstairs rooms are not adequate and very undersized, not well maintained and staff and crew do not understand or want to understand the issues. We would not stay here again.

The location is good and convenient. The hotel is close to the Ubud market and several eateries, which was helpful—especially given the very limited food options at the property itself.

Unfortunately, our experience at Aksata Ubud Hotel was disappointing. When we booked, breakfast was advertised as a buffet, however during our stay it was changed to à la carte without notice. The food choices were extremely limited and exactly the same every day. At the egg station, we were told we could only choose two eggs, and even basic combinations were restricted—for example, if you chose bread, you were not allowed a Danish or a pancake. At no point during booking was there any mention of food restrictions or rationing, which felt misleading. Room facilities were also an issue. The air-conditioning did not work—the room temperature stayed at 26°C even at night, while the outside temperature was cooler. It honestly felt more comfortable to sleep outdoors than inside the room. The bathroom shower was broken and had very poor water pressure. The overhead shower was unusable, and we had to use the handheld shower together with it just to manage a basic shower. Initially, my husband considered speaking to the front desk, but given that there were multiple service and facility issues, it was clear this was not a single, isolated problem. This property is heavily advertised, but unfortunately the actual service and facilities do not match the expectations created online. Honest feedback is important so management can focus on improving guest experience rather than misguiding customers.

Lovely place

Very well located near the main road but also very quiet and near a rice field. Staff super friendly.

The fountain at the swimming pool turns on quite early so it woke me up every day. The lock of the room is a lock which is a bit inconvenient. The jet of the shower is not super strong.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of Ubud with restaurants/shops/massage right on your doorstep, but being set back from the road it feels like a little oasis! Very easy walking distance to the Monkey Forest, Ubud Palace, market streets, and all the best eateries in town. So picturesque overlooking the rice fields, with two wonderful swimming pools, and onsite spa. Rooms were spacious with your own private balcony and bottled water delivered daily. Exceptional value for money!!

Not a huge selection at breakfast but the omelettes were delicious. We had a few days with patchy wifi with not much action from reception. Big thanks to Putu the porter, who followed this up immediately and resolved the issue. A neighbouring restaurant has a live band 7 nights a week which is a little loud, but they are all done by around 11pm

Just tucked off the Main Street, very quiet and tranquil surroundings, beautiful room, exceptional service from the staff, very comfortable bed, good pressure in shower, the aircon was great and kept the room cool, loved the spa facilities on site, very reasonably priced and great professional service, I would definitely recommend this resort.

Staff were excellent: very helpful and friendly. Lovely gardens with rice fields and good swimming pools. Great breakfast - eggs cooked on the spot in whatever way requested.

Well located and comfortable. We had a room overlooking the rice paddies and had a lovely verandah to relax on. As we were with a group, it was very convenient and we were able to all catch up and meet in nearby restaurants. The pool was nice, but we weren’t told about the second pool, which was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast in the restaurant was buffet style, with freshly cooked options as well.

There were a few minor things, like the door to the balcony being stuck, and very steep stairs, but for the price it was great value and very nice.

The room was as advertised. The location was good for the monky forest and markets. The breakfast was small but enough.

nice pool, clean comfortable rooms with nice balcony overlooking pool. Rooms have mini-fridge. Located near convenience stores for snacks and beer. Located roughly halfway between Sacred Monkey Forest to the south, and Ubud Palace to the north - walkable location. Hotel provided umbrellasgr to use while it was raining.

The ceramic tile stairways leading to second story rooms get really slippery (DANGEROUS) when it rains. Wifi sometimes disconnected, but not a major problem. Rooms are dark with minimal lighting.

I stayed in this hotel everytime I visit Ubud. The room is spacious, clean , the staffs are very helpful all the time and the location is PERFECT... It is in the center and close to restaurants, cafes, bars etc.

The lighting in the room (they use yellow bulb). It is difficult when you wanted to put on make up especially in the night (evening).

I loved the place

I really enjoyed my time at this resort. It's very well located, very central, close to bars, restaurants, and shops. The place is beautiful, very green with gorgeous plants and flowers, pretty rice fields, and two well-maintained pools. One of them has happy hours from 3 to 7 pm. The room was very spacious with everything you need. The restaurant had delicious food. The spa was wonderful with massages that were amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back there on my next visit to Ubud.

Very comfortable beds, we loved the swimmingpools to. It's asia, don't compare to europian hotels. The staff was exquisite, we loved them! 🥰😍 We would stay here again!
