Staff was exceptional. Most called me by name throughout my stay. Room and amenities were great. I like the smaller size compared with large resorts.

The location was excellent. Close to lots of restaurants and the monkey forest. We had the forest villa. The room was huge and felt extremely peaceful. We couldn’t hear any traffic. You would think we’re much farther from city center We saw monkeys on our balcony in the morning. The breakfast buffet was good.

Location was excellent - just on the main strip but off the street so you don’t get any noise. The staff are amazing - everyone remembers your name and makes sure you’ve got everything you need. Simple things like saying “welcome home” when you return gives you a warm fuzzy feeling
