Underwhelming, book elsewhere.

The villa didn't have a gazebo as shown in the photos. Villa was alot smaller than the photos showed. They struggled with my Fodmap dietary requirements so we left early and went elsewhere. No refund was given.

Great villas with attentive staff

Comfortable suites walking distance to monkey forest and Ubud palace but set back from the busy street! The staff were very attentive and made u feel welcome. Breakfast was fantastic and the couple’s massage was a great experience at a reasonable price. Great place to stay if you visit Ubud in Bali.

Because the property is so close to the monkey forest there are times when monkeys were running around the property and were disturbing during our yoga class.

Great hotel 5 star facilities minus the monkeys

Great villa and good facilities and excepcional service . Very good restaurant

A lot of monkeys . They come into the bedrooms if you forget to close the door. They are very aggressive and when they come into the room there is no phone in the room to call for help. The phone is only in the living room. But the monkey was in there. Given that the hotel is so close to monkey forest - need to have a phone in bathroom to call for help. Monkeys very aggressive and attacked my husband just because he was trying to close the door to the Villa.

We booked a small villa with a private pool, but the main pool also looked great and not too busy (we did go at the start of wet season and outside of Aus school holidays, so it would obviously be busier during peak season). The villa was clean and comfortable, and breakfast each day was a la carte and fantastic.

Excellent hotel hope to return

Absolutely loved this hotel. I booked 2 private pool villas, one for my Husband and I and one for our Son & daughter in law. We all had a great time, they loved their private pool. The location is just perfect

Thought the breakfast could have been slightly better, small pastry basket and small plate of fruit. A buffet for the cold food would have been better, but probably hard to do with the monkey’s!!!

Felt like our home in Ubud!

Beautiful room, we were upgraded to a pool access room, great restaurant, cocktails ect.

This property doesn’t seem to have smoking & non smoking sections. Having breakfast one Morning & someone on the next table decided to smoke ( in the restaurant) same around the pool!

Very nice resort in a good location

We really enjoyed our six night stay in a pool villa at this resort. Our villa was quiet, spacious and well appointed with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom and very generous private pool. Breakfast is à la carte with a big range of delicious options. Staff are attentive and friendly throughout the resort. A good location not far from the Monkey Forest means you can walk comfortably throughout the main area of Ubud.

I only drink decaffeinated coffee and this is not available at the resort. Guests are offered only Bali coffee or Nescafé. These days I think guests expect barista standard coffee in an upmarket resort with decaffeinated being a standard offering.

A beautiful central hotel that have an exceptional staff team

The level of comfort was exceptional with a special mention being made for the staff. Every single one of them met you with a genuine smile working hard to cater to our every need.

To note there is currently building works at the rear of the property which at times was only slightly disruptive.

Luxury in the centre of Ubud

A beautiful property. The staff were outstanding and the room was huge and well maintained. The breakfasts were massive and generous portions. Location was very good, near to restaurants and cafes as well as the Monkey Sanctuary, Art Market and Ubud Palace. The massage I had was incredible and well priced.

Everything was fabulous. If you have mobility issues it may be difficult to get across to the rooms which are placed higher as there are no lifts, so slopes and stairs are needed to get up. The shower could have been a little more powerful but it was not a problem.

Amazing hospitality, amazing location, yummy food

I loved everything about this property, especially the location. It’s situated in the heart of Ubud. I also enjoyed the morning breakfast, everything was super yummy, I am gluten free and vegetarian, the chefs and waiters were super informed, and accommodated my every need. I loved it here.

A touch of paradise amongst the madness

Absolutely everything. It was the most beautiful and tranquil place I have ever stayed! The bed was enormous and very comfy. The bathroom and walk in shower were massive and the bath was for two people. The pool and jacuzzi were beautiful. Fabulous spa and the food in the restaurant was amazing. Loads of choice at breakfast and the portions were huge.

I really can’t fault anything except could have done with a full length mirror in the room. For anyone looking to book I would highly recommend these villas but be warned, the rooms are accessed via a steep path so not great for anyone with mobility difficulties

A lovely and outstanding stay in Ubud, Bali

Absolutely everything was perfect. The reception offered great service and guidance with tours and driver: a special thank you to Dodi who drove us around and answered all our questions. The waitresses and waiters at the restaurant were extremely friendly: our special welcome was always made sure by Kadek’s smile 🥰. The restaurant offered great food and excellent quality of ingredients, the chef Made taught us a number of Balinese specialties, starting his explanation from the base ingredients to the final plate. The girls at the Spa were very friendly and offered geeat treatments. The staff in general was extrely friendly: from the cleaners, the man who kept the monkeys at a distance (even though I liked seeing the monkeys around). This is the first hotel I ever gave 10 out of 10 and I would even rate it higher if I could. Thank you for such a memorable stay in Bali 🙏🏻👑 🐒.
