Good location but the narrow entrance to the villas and the way they are located were not very convenient.
The staff were polite, kind and attended to all guest needs. The office staff and administration were quite confusing and dis organised.

Great location within the centre of Ubud, accessible by car, private entrance, lots of space in the villa. The pool is clean and always running. The private entrance also allows for easy access to Grab/Gojek deliveries and is in between the hotel's cafe and an independent supermarket (easy to buy large bottles of water).
Cleaning could be improved by ensuring counter tops are wiped down after the previous occupants. Not a major issue, as it works, but the upstairs double bedroom has an older model of air conditioning so could be tricky for some to use.

The position is good with nice cafes close by
Our bed was uncomfortable. The towels and pillows need to be replaced they are past their use by date.
