The location was quiet as it was off the main street. About a 20 minute walk to the monkey forest and about a 15 minute walk to the main street. Heaps of restaurants nearby. Money changer across from the drive way as well as laundries along the street. I couldn't hear the traffic. The pool was great. The staff were very friendly and would help you with any problems you had. The breakfast was reasonable and you had 4 choices to choose from. The room was clean and the beds were good. There was a complimentary couples massage voucher which was awesome that was included.
The television was small and wasn't positioned well for the main bed. The bathroom was okay. The shower head had calcium build up and didn't work properly. Only one key supplied which was difficult if someone wants to leave early, or arrive late.

Lovely location and really great room and lovely pool. Comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Very quiet and peaceful despite being close to a busy road - which we couldn’t hear at all from the pool or room. Free water in reception area and tea/coffee provided in room.
The WiFi did not work at all well inside the room- my phone wouldn’t connect at all. It was fine on the verandah. The breakfast was ok but I’m vegan and for me, it wasn’t great. They took out the meat and eggs but made no effort to substitute it with much else. My mushrooms on toast literally consisted of two small mushrooms cut in half. I asked for more and got another two! Also, as with most hotels in Bali, there are hardly any power sockets in the room.

The property is located a short walk into the centre of Ubud, and also Monkey Forest. The road is a little uneven, and quite busy so you do need to be aware of the traffic and holes in the pavement and road where pavement is missing. Plenty of choice to eat and drink on Jl Bisma, and a number of shops, laundries, spas and other services nearby.
Our car could drive all the way down the alleyway to the property which made it easy with our luggage.
This was one of few places I could find for our family where everyone had a proper bed, not a sofa bed or other temporary bed which are not suitable for our teenager. The beds were also really comfortable and the bedlinen was good quality and clean.
The pool looked good, big enough for the number of rooms here, however we never went in as it rained for all 4 days we were there.
Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed their assistance. Nice outdoor seating area overlooking the pool.
The room was rather bland and because of the 3 beds there wasn’t really any space for anything else, including nowhere to conveniently store our suitcases. Not enough hanging space for 4 people.
The air con was efficient but rather noisy, the outdoor unit more than the indoor part, so it sounded like a washing machine attached to the outside of the bathroom wall.
The bathroom was spacious but looking quite tired with a lot of limescale marks in the shower and it drained really slowly and threatened to flood the whole bathroom if we showered too quickly one after another. Needed a long time to fully empty the shower area. Apart from this it was clean, just needed a freshen up and a deep clean of the shower head and tiles etc.
