Beautiful, clean Villas, great location

Top notch! Spacious, clean villas at great value. This place has beautiful gardens and is in a great part of Ubud close enough to the crazy central area but far enough that it’s enjoyable, highly recommend. All the restaurants closeby were fantastic value and food quality. Definitely would come back.

Small wee place, off the main road so nice and quiet. Loved the pool, had it to ourselves it seemed. Lots of food places along the street, its much more peaceful once the crowds die down from the day.

Good accommodation tucked away down a driveway. Our room had an outdoor area overlooking a shared lap pool. Lovely setting & private even though there were 4 rooms on the ground level.

A little bit of a walk to the Main Street with very uneven footpaths & a few open drains along the way.

Lovely place in a charming street

Perfect location at a small side street of Jalan Bisma, which is a cozy and charming street, close to the crowded center streets. We had the Sky Suite which was big with a double bed and two single beds a very beautiful bathroom, dining table, study table and a balcony with a lovley view into the palms and neighborhood.

The breakfast omlete could have been a bit better. Ours was quite dry. Our daughter liked the Mie goreng a lot and the pankcakes with fruits and honey has also been yummy.

Comfortable but basic, befitting of its star rating

The property is located a short walk into the centre of Ubud, and also Monkey Forest. The road is a little uneven, and quite busy so you do need to be aware of the traffic and holes in the pavement and road where pavement is missing. Plenty of choice to eat and drink on Jl Bisma, and a number of shops, laundries, spas and other services nearby. Our car could drive all the way down the alleyway to the property which made it easy with our luggage. This was one of few places I could find for our family where everyone had a proper bed, not a sofa bed or other temporary bed which are not suitable for our teenager. The beds were also really comfortable and the bedlinen was good quality and clean. The pool looked good, big enough for the number of rooms here, however we never went in as it rained for all 4 days we were there. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed their assistance. Nice outdoor seating area overlooking the pool.

The room was rather bland and because of the 3 beds there wasn’t really any space for anything else, including nowhere to conveniently store our suitcases. Not enough hanging space for 4 people. The air con was efficient but rather noisy, the outdoor unit more than the indoor part, so it sounded like a washing machine attached to the outside of the bathroom wall. The bathroom was spacious but looking quite tired with a lot of limescale marks in the shower and it drained really slowly and threatened to flood the whole bathroom if we showered too quickly one after another. Needed a long time to fully empty the shower area. Apart from this it was clean, just needed a freshen up and a deep clean of the shower head and tiles etc.

Rooms are fine and spacious.

Breakfast is the worst. They they do not have any option other than omlette, noodles ir fried rice. All this needs to be ordered on precious night. We ordered omlette and they gave 2 garlic bread slices along with it which was very hard and cannot be eaten. When asked for white bread or extra bread which is soft and eatable. They said they dont have any extra bread and will have to order from market. Totally pathetic arrangement. They should not charge for breakfast when they cannot arrange or provide any options. Not recommended at all for families with kids.

Amazing villa in central Ubud.

We had an amazing start here in the Sky Suite. It was comfortable and spacious for our family of 4 and staff were lovely. Breakfast great an easy walking distance to everything.

The aircon didn’t work that well, room was a little warm.

Relaxing, quiet, very good location, lovely owners and staff

The staff were amazing and always happy to help out. A beautiful family run business. Had everything we needed, beautiful wildlife around and beautiful well kept property. The have a local Asian water monitor around the property too. The fresh pineapple juice in the morning and the fresh juice on arrival was beautiful too.

Would stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bali Sila Bisma. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The rooms were well-presented and exactly what we expected. Prior to coming, I read a lot of reviews but found any that were not so positive did not have a legitimate reason for being so. Coming from a Western country, we are used to beds that are probably a little more cushy, so we did find the bedding a little firm, but this is by no means an issue with the host. We have come to realise that in other countries, what we define as comfortable is different to others. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

A gem of a place

The property is located very close to Ubud centre. There are so many restaurants and bars to choose from in the street the property is located in. I travelled from Nepal with my parents and brother and we absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious with a double and 2 single beds with all the amenities. It is very clean. Our room had a pool view although we did not have enough time to make use of it. We saw other guest at the property making most of it. There breakfast menu has a variety of choice and they made it available for us at 7.30 every morning. The staff are friendliest any smiliest people I have ever met. They were always polite and always ready to help. I highly recommend Bali Sila Bisma.

Cozy place offering all the luxuries you need at good value for money

We enjoyed the small pool, which gives this place a beautiful, luxurious and exclusive atmosphere (unfortunately it's a bit noisy outside from the neighbourhood tho). I guess such a pool is rare to find in other places, which tend to be crowded with other guests. Also, the staff was really friendly and attentive. The location is really convenient and central in Ubud with many high-rated restaurants and cafes in close walking distance.

The breakfast was a bit small and simple. Fortunately, we booked a quad room, so the two of us could order a little bit more. However, we expect a bit more complex and thoughtful options - especially for this price and comparing with other places in this "hip" neighbourhood. A plain sunnyside-up egg with fries and ketchup didn't do it for us. Maybe take some inspiration from other cafes nearby? And why not offer breakfast on the small veranda of the room? The ventilator box of our A/C (outside the building) was so noisy (like a helicopter) that it was hard to sleep while keeping it turned on at night. In consideration of our neighbours, we rarely used it. A second softer pillow would have been nice, too (my partner liked her's tho).

Pleasant

The room was large and right by the pool, the pool didn't feel very clean but maybe I just got unlucky. The location is excellent, quiet but close to central Ubud, right on a street that has lots of great food available and isn't too full of traffic (for Ubud). Breakfast was generous. Quite expensive but I stayed in home stays mostly so it was compared to that rather than compared to Ubud prices.

The bathroom was nice, the rooms layout was fine for our one night stay & the view from the room. Can’t comment on the location as we were only there for one night to sleep as we had plans both days.

The air con was that noisy. Like it felt like I was in a thunder storm and the rain would go heavy to light. I woke up literally thinking it had been storming the whole time when it was just the air con. Which wasn’t even that good of an air con anyways. The wifi was also pretty average and with some dead spots for 4g was abit annoying

Great location and welcoming staff members

I stayed at this property with my parents while visiting Bali. It was our first place after arriving in the island where we received the biggest welcome from the staff members. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable for us. Also we really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Thank you kindly for everything!

Nothing to complain about, really. Would suggest for other travelers to use the opportunity and spend some time in this beautiful apartment. Anything you might need is just around the corner.

Room and facilities were amazing and the staff were super friendly. Super safe area and great location that was easy walking distance to main sites but without all the hustle and bustle.

Breakfast is served between 8-10, which was a bit of a struggle with my 2 early risers. Staff were able to slightly accommodate with a 730 Breakfast which slightly helped.

This was a very comfortable stay with stylish room, beautiful bathroom and picturesque pool right outside our room we could enjoy our breakfast at the restaurant or outside our room next to the pool It was an easy walk (15 min) down to the monkey forest and also two great shopping streets with one way traffic Lots of great warungs, spas and a few shops on the street. Many of the restaurants overlook rice paddies the monkey forest was brilliant. Hundreds of monkeys lounging and playing in their natural environment and walking through the forest was incredible!

There is 24/7 reception and check-in, perfect for us to check out early for sunrise tours. The staffs are super friendly and did a great job accommodating our needs. They provided us with take-out breakfast and help us with the communication with our driver.

There seemed to be water leakage from the ceiling but not really a major problem to us.

We loved staying here

It was a very large spacious room that opened onto the pool. It felt very tranquil and that you can relax. It was close to restaurants, supermarket and we enjoyed the walk to the monkey rainforest. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Great location near cafes and restaurants. Short walk to shopping district. Fantastic size room and the bathroom and bathtub were incredible. The pool was clean and a great size for kids. All the staff (including housekeeping) constantly went above and beyond. Would love to stay here again!!
