The sinks stay really dirty, even after cleaning. and the worst of all is the internet. since it is central, I could have continued to stay despite everything, but there is such a bad internet.. it’s almost none. that’s why I left early

Not pleasant.

Kind staff, but not very well english spoken. Breakfast perfectly on time, not much variety.

Lots of mosquitos. Dirty laundry, especially towels. State of the apartment was poor, huge gap between the doors, where mosquitos would enter. Bathroom didn’t feel clean was sticky, and drain didn’t work properly. Shower was cold somedays, however staff did fix it on request. Aircon didn’t work for a few days, but someday (without request) it was working again, pretty old machine and questioning the state of the filters/air quality. After this fix, it was more enjoyable as it is very humid in this area. (Ubud) Despite them cleaning everyday, the cleaners did that with doors open so every night was mosquito hunting time. Swimming pool also wasn’t the cleanest. Location was actually not bad at all. Perhaps with a bit of love, these bungalows could be in great shape again, currently its not that pleasant and i believe there are much greater options for this price range. If you are disabled, this is defenitly not the place for you. It is quite a steep climb upstairs and not disabled friendly.

A top stay for everyone!

The location was great, in a quiet alley way close to loads of shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and then pool was clean and great for kids and adults!

It would have been great to have a rubbish bin outside the room, or easily accessible to us. A small detail, but it would have been handy.

Poor hygiene

The breakfast was good, the staffs were very nice. But the hotel was extremely dirty.

The Hygiene was very very poor. The hotel was so dirty that we both got sick during our stay. The room was full of dust and mosquitos, the bathroom was so dirty that we couldn't even properly use the toilet. The doors were broken. Also, they charged us 3% extra for paying with card which was not mentioend during the booking, and i tried to contact booking.com for it with peiority support and booking.com was completely unavailable as always. This would be my last time I will book anything via booking.com since they have turned out to be a company who do not provide priority suport as per their promise.

We loved the pool, the beautiful gardens, the proximity to everything in Ubud (great location!!) and the staff. They were wonderful and helpful, cooked a lively breakfast every day and even did our washing for a reasonable price.

The bathrooms probably need a little updating but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay or even make us not consider staying here again.

Very close to the city centre and only 10 min away from the Monkey Forest. The staff was very nice.

The place is very humid. To reach the location you have to be careful because there is a ramp and the floor is slippery. We saw two cockroaches in our room.

Everything bout this place is excellent for me: the staff is super friendly & helpful, advantageous location, the facility is clean & new, well-maintained, nice smell right when you enter the room, and there is a beautiful pool with a great view of the local area. Almost perfect, 9/10.

The light in the bathroom is really dark, very small lavabo and the sink worked slowly, hope this only happened with my room because I would love to come back here.

Great pool. The room was nice and spacious with a big bathroom. The room was basic but perfect for what you pay for! Mini fridge was nice little addition.
