Great room, and amazing pool! The location is perfect and the staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. Would absolutely recommend!!

Located near central Ubud and close to the Water and Ubud palace as well as the art markets. Good choice of restaurants and night life nearby Helpful staff during check-in The room was big and confortable, with a terrace area, and sheltered from the main road noise.

The entrance is through an long walk on an narrow alley. Cars cannot go through, so it was a challenge to carry luggage for over 100m under the rain and going thought the partially flooded pavement (I advise you to wear slippers and a raincoat). I wanted to wash some clothes, and staff at reception told me I could go to the laundry, but every time I tried to reach them in the morning / early afternoon, the place was closed and no one was there until the evening; they take a day to wash and dry your clothes so it was too late for me since I had to leave the next day at noon. Besides, the area the laundry is located gets heavily flooded under the rain, so don't go there wearing normal shoes.

Reception rarely attended, staff hard to find, so often could not asl for room to be made up, fortunately they left plenty of toilet rolls in common kitchen for when we ran out after a few days of no room make up. Obviously not obtaining room cleaning is common.
