The better rooms are average,
for mid range Ubud. There's a vast range of accommodation there which all looks exotic to westerners. The garden at this place was far better 2 years ago, and it has been built upon.
For Ubud, the garden is small and not very good at all. There's a kind of simple restaurant but it seems to serve nothing at all! Unless specifically asked, they don't clean the room, take out trash or replace the towels. Everything is permanently damp in Ubud so those things need to be done!!

Great room, and amazing pool! The location is perfect and the staff were so helpful, friendly and kind. Would absolutely recommend!!

Cheap price, good laundry service onsite,
Reception rarely attended, staff hard to find, so often could not asl for room to be made up, fortunately they left plenty of toilet rolls in common kitchen for when we ran out after a few days of no room make up. Obviously not obtaining room cleaning is common.
