Okawati Boutique Bungalows

The property was perfect. The rooms were spacious, very comfortable and well laid out. The best things about the property was the location and the staff. Okawati was so friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t be more central to the Ubud main area. The pool was also very nice and clean.

Nothing. The property was excellent.

The staff was great (owner and her son being one of the main staff) Quiet at night. The location is excellent. Staff was always present and very communicative. The rooms were clean including the bedding and towels. They cleaned the room everyday. We checked in 3am next day - the instructions to enter our room was given in advance. Mattress were good and one pillow each per person.

The water pressure was too low not enough for a good shower. Hot water and cold water mixing was not good. One night we had to go to other room for shower(assisted by staff) as there was no water. Car won’t come to property - you need to walk 150 mt through a scooter alleyway. Limited and cheap breakfast - same everyday - no much items or change of menu. We took breakfast only 2/4 of stay. Door were squeaky (bathroom) so if you open in the night it will wake other people in the room. Step down from the room level to bathroom/toilet. Did not have mosquito cover for the single bed- the main double bed had mosquito net.

No restaurant as advertised and long walk to shop when your diabetic and need to eat. You have o walk suitcases through alley way to get to hotel Towels not changed and more for someone who wants to just do nothing
