The location and the staff. The included breakfast every morning was excellent, my favorite was the banana and coconut pancake. Location of the property is right in the center of Ubud so you do not waste a lot of time if you just want to go wander around the city. There are markets and restaurants nearby as well. There is a big sink area where you can get ready. The host was very nice.
The fact that it didn’t have a normal door and lock but rather just a wooden door without a lock in the wood, but a separate lock on the door. Idk how safe is that’s honestly. There was also no place to hang your towels inside the room. The room was not so clean. Be careful when walking alone late at night back to your stay bc there will be stray dogs on the street and bark on you like. crazy.

Bed is not comfortable it’s wooden bed and upper deck and whenever you change your side or any moment it’s make sound which is very noisy and otherwise get disturbed

Well located. The owner is really nice and the breakfast is pretty good but just sweet options. Has air-conditioning
The toilet has not extraction system so there is a lot of humidity smell. Also the room has some humidity
