Convenient clean and comfortable

The location was great , easy walking to everything in Ubud, cooking for myself was very convenient as I don’t enjoy eating out all the time and the room was good value for the price . The staff were friendly despite the language barrier and the room was kept very clean .

The language barrier the only negative but was overcome with translation apps

Excellent Bungalow stay with spacious and clean rooms with strong AC and balcony views

Big Thankyou to Agung and Ketuk for their hospitality. Ketuk the housekeeper treated me like her friend , cleaned the room very well and made my stay very comfortable . Agung the owner went above and beyond to provide me her husbands Sarong for Temple event and had great conversations felt like a family. The room was excellent , clean ,spacious and AC was strong , no humid smell . I will stay here again for sure.

Nothing good to say about this property. It was over priced and didn’t look like the pictures.

Did not like this property. The pictures looked nothing like the room. The door didn’t lock, the bath did not have hot water, the views were not of the outside, the internet was not great, and they did not come to collect the bins so got an ant infestation.

We stayed at this property for the first four days of our Bali trip. The host was helpful with motorbike rental and laundry, although we didn’t see her very often. Drinking water had to be purchased daily, as the bottle in the kitchen was empty. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a good size, and the balcony offered a large sitting area. There was also a kitchen, but we didn’t use it. And about the location, it took about 25 minutes on foot and 10–15 minutes by motorbike to reach the center.

Only a room without a mosquito net was available, so I booked it but asked in advance if a net could be arranged. I was told yes, but when we arrived there was no mosquito net in the room. Instead, we were told that there are not many mosquitoes here. While checking in, I got bitten several times, and after a long flight we had to spray mosquito repellent in the room, which made our first night a bit uncomfortable. During our stay, I also noticed mosquitoes, spiders, and ants in the room. If you are sensitive to insects, I recommend booking a room with a mosquito net.

Great location, I really liked that we got 4 big pillows, it made it extra comfy. It’s very close to the main streets so anything you need is within a short walking distance.

There was some rogue insects that would often make their way into the room, none of them would bite us but we would find them randomly. Also was not offered any room cleaning during our 4 day stay. However I’m sure if I requested it they would have as the staff were very friendly.

If you don't like live music coming from the street, this place is not for you. We enjoyed it. It stopped at about 10-11 pm.

NEVER AGAIN!

1. The location, it's close to atm machines, minimarts, bars and good restaurants and to massage shops. 2. The host could wait for my payment. 3. Adaptors are available in the room. 4. Clothes drying rack is available right outside my.balcony.

1. The price does not give justice to what I found and experienced. All doors are broken. 2. The bedroom, the toilet and the kitchen are half-clean. 3. This is a very old bungalow, so the price is not fair. You can find a better one with the same price. 4. The host was only pleasant on chat prior to my arrival. 5. For it's price, free water bottles must be available. 6. Upon check-out, did not even allow me to keep my bags inside the room for just an hour.

Exceptional

The first thing we really enjoyed is the view on the rice field. If you have a choice, take a room on the second floor! Also the sound isolation is very good in the room. We haven't heard any sound from the neighbors. It is not always like this in the guest houses on Bali, so it is great that this place has it! Also we liked that the kitchen is in the separate space. Terrace was also nice. Bed and pillows comfortable. Generally the room and the bathroom were clean. There were a lot of white towels: big ones for bath, smaller ones and the smallest - 3 towels per person.

There are a lot of mosquitos. Don't forget to use anti-mosquito device. Also there were ants in the bathroom. But the staff poisoned them very fast after our request.

Run down and dirty but sufficient

The room was in a convenient location near markets and restaurants in Ubud. The air conditioning worked great. The staff helped us to hire a scooter (100,000 per day) and with the laundry service (25,000 per kg). A big water dispenser was supplied. The view overlooking the rice fields was nice.

The bed was creaky, with one end broken. A gap in the window was cellotaped closed. The room was not very secure and while the closet could be locked, but the doors pulled open again making the lick and key redundant. The bathroom and kitchen were dark. 2 out of 3 stoves in the kitchen worked. The shower water was luke warm not hot and you had to boil water on the stove to wash dishes with. There was loud music from the place next door, but this stopped at about 11pm. A lot of water accumulated on the balcony in the rain, something tongue this off would have been good so we did not constantly get wet feet. In the kitchen there were many ants. Our driver taking us to the hotel was male, and after dropping us off he sent me whatsapp links to YouTube videos. This was strange and I would have been very uncomfortable if I were traveling alone.

good location, owner is friendly

Fridge not working and most kitchen stuff not so good. also the view is really only on the top floors. not really hot water, mostly warm, so not so good for the bathtub 😞. I guess the price was low so didn’t expect much.

Would suggest if you’d like to chill in a bath tab and live in a walking distance from central attractions

The host was super helpful and cheerful. She invited me into her house temple and borrowed a sarong. The top feature of this hotel is the bath tab, it was really nice and it’s rare in this price range. It’s also nice to have your own attached kitchen.

The mosquito net needs to be replaced (or removed altogether, I have hardly seen any mosquitos ) The curtains are also quite old. The kitchen cabinets need good cleaning and also the lock on the wardrobe door was impossible to lock.
