Everything walking distance to Warungs, Bars (Wot Not & El Toro) for bands every night, Town Centre, Markets etc. Apartment clean & comfortable. Kitchen equipped & clean. Beds and pillows so cozy. Would highly recommend.

The location was great , easy walking to everything in Ubud, cooking for myself was very convenient as I don’t enjoy eating out all the time and the room was good value for the price . The staff were friendly despite the language barrier and the room was kept very clean .
The language barrier the only negative but was overcome with translation apps

We stayed at this property for the first four days of our Bali trip. The host was helpful with motorbike rental and laundry, although we didn’t see her very often. Drinking water had to be purchased daily, as the bottle in the kitchen was empty. The room was spacious, the bathroom was a good size, and the balcony offered a large sitting area. There was also a kitchen, but we didn’t use it. And about the location, it took about 25 minutes on foot and 10–15 minutes by motorbike to reach the center.
Only a room without a mosquito net was available, so I booked it but asked in advance if a net could be arranged. I was told yes, but when we arrived there was no mosquito net in the room. Instead, we were told that there are not many mosquitoes here.
While checking in, I got bitten several times, and after a long flight we had to spray mosquito repellent in the room, which made our first night a bit uncomfortable. During our stay, I also noticed mosquitoes, spiders, and ants in the room. If you are sensitive to insects, I recommend booking a room with a mosquito net.
