Kaamala Resort Ubud by Ini Vie Hospitality

Near ubud down town, very comfortable to hang out, the view is amazing and the staff so helpful and kind.

The resort was amazing, location and amenities wise but the highlight has to be the staff. Very hospitable and always on hand to help. Angie, Rita, Lia and Dewayu were exceptional and attentive.

Nothing to fault

I stayed in the presidential suite with my mother. The view from the bedroom is beautiful over the rice fields. We didn’t experience any monkeys. Staff is the most friendly, and very accommodating. Breakfast had many options and the views are incredible. Location is amazing close to the centre, but located at a more quiet street

In our presidential suite, one bedroom had a really hard and bad mattress, and the other bedroom a comfortable one. They both should be equal, and of good quality since the room is on the pricier side! Also, the bedroom with the poorer mattress has an outside bathroom with obviously insects and mosquito. Next, there are no showers located at the public pool. The presidential suite is far away from the pool. Which is not hygienic as people should shower right before swimming (and after). Also, the bedroom doors are quite hard to lock, they often don’t enter the lock. Lastly, the hotel doesn’t offer a restaurant for Indonesian food, which is a bit of a shame! (They do offer Italian and Japanese cuisine).
