Amazing

I booked this resort for one night only at first. After few hours from checking in I went to the front desk to extend my stay with them! Everything was amazing. The location is perfect ( minutes from the monkey Road) and they offer a free shuttle to Ubud center. The resort is definitely luxurious. The room was spectacular, clean and comfortable. Room service was excellent. We dined in both the habitat and the Japanese restaurant and both offered great service and delicious food. The staff is extremely helpful, polite, professional and friendly. We had a spa experience also and it was amazing. Definitely will come back.

An incredible location in a quiet, beautiful part of Ubud. All of the staff (Lia, Gabby, Rita, Bintang and everyone else who looked after us) were amazing - so friendly and welcoming.

The only thing we could pick for improvement is the breakfast. Service was lovely and it was still great, but just not the best food we’ve had in Bali.

Resort feel. Personal touches by staff. Gorgeous room with a tub facing nature. The yoga teacher Mr Putu was engaging, interacted with participants well & provided good guidance during his lessons.

No complimentary mini bar but not critical. Tea time snacks can have more options or variety. Again this is not critical. Nothing to quibble about. Stay was excellent

Very romantic hotel in the jungle

Very nice jungle resort with amazing view from the dining / bar area. The staff is super friendly and helpful and extremely fast in responding to service requests. The villa is very nice and chilled though we haven‘t been spending too much time there given we were also exploring Ubud. We definitely would recommending a tour. We had a driver from the resort and he did an amazing job as a tour guide (visiting the rice terraces, waterfall, coffee factory and the temple). As well it‘s worth trying the 7 paintings dining experience which is an immersive dining experience was nice.

The rooms contain a lot of glass which is nice but it‘s difficult to store the bags properly. Some improved luggage storage would be good. Top destination but if you are expecting value for money then I’d probably look elsewhere

As a luxury accommodation provider, you expect the best particularly when paying a high price. If you don’t get the best experience then you feel that the place did not live up to expectations. I couldn’t fault the in-house massage experience which was exceptional.

Had to ask for an extra wine glass which took 40 minutes to arrive, also had to request for the pool light to be switched on after dark. The restaurant food was ok although not exceptional. The biggest issue was the fact that the pool area overlooking the rice paddy was supposed to be private but there is the farmer and his dogs chasing monkeys right in front of the villa. Wonder what he thinks, I know what I think…

Highly recommend this luxury resort!

Great location, comfortable and stylish room, gorgeous views from our room as well as from the Habitat restaurant where we had breakfast. It was so cool to see monkeys pop by the pool at breakfast! We enjoyed the Japanese restaurant one night and would definitely recommend it. We also treated ourselves to a Balinese couples massage and it was amazing! Would definitely come back!
