Convenient, lovely grounds and excellent staff.

Dated bathroom and the bed was entirely too hard.

Location, room, bed, bath, staff, gardens, pool, monkeys roaming freely, pretty much everything 👌

A lovely stay at a very fair price in a family business on the southern edge of the monkey forest - the monkeys escape onto the road outside and muck around doing monkey things which is incredibly endearing. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and a decent size with a lovely patio overlooking greenery and a lake, incredibly peaceful. Pool is just the right size. Staff were all lovely and we had a great six night stay here. It's in a village suburb separate to the main part of Ubud, and by road it's about half an hour in the awful Ubud traffic; however we discovered quite late that you can walk around the south east edge of the monkey forest into central Ubud in about ten minutes.

Breakfast quality could be improved, and as vegetarians we just about got by but vegans would be out of luck in this vegan-heavy wellness town.

The staff were welcoming and the room was large. The bed was comfortable.

The hotel is a little tired. The room was perfectly adequate but the furnishings are old and could do with a refresh.
