Staff were very friendly and smiling. Great location on Monkey Forest Rd. Room was spacious, clean, good shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Variety of good breakfast options.

We were not aware the property still had ongoing pool renovations until after the booking had been made and money paid. It was extremely unfortunate the pool was right next to our room. In this instance the room should be unavailable as it was noisey and the outdoor area was dusty. We should have been placed into another room as a gesture of goodwill.

It was located in a great area on Monkey Forest Road, close to pretty much everything..

Hotel maintenance was happening while we were there so pool was out of action, however they did upgrade us to a pool room. Very kind of them .

The resort was alright. Location in central ubud near monkey forest and Ubud market. However entrance signage should be made clearer. Lobby is huge and check in was easy. The reception and lobby is a walk upstairs, but staff do have a side path to bring in your luggage. Assistance is always provided. Unfortunately our unit was quite a walk inside, going up and down stairs. A little walk deep into the resort. Staff very very friendly and accommodating, always there to help. Room very spacious and comfortable. Iron board is available upon request.

Was very much looking forward to enjoying the pool but was informed one day before check in that pool was under maintenance. Bathroom was spacious but unfortunately our unit had some major problem with the shower area. After the first bath, the whole room smelled of sewage, pretty strong odour, and that affected us terrible for the 3D2N stay. Of course staff tried his best to provide freshener spray but it hardly helped. Other than that all good.

The location is very good, walking distance to many places. The little pool area looks very peaceful and pretty.

Hygiene issues with the villa. The bedsheet was not clean, had obvious stains. The bed mattress has big blood stains as well! The pool of the villa is very dirty , color is green. Despite I requested multiple times they didn’t send anyone to clean. Their answer is that it will take few days to circulate the water. We didn’t swim at all during the stay. Bathroom is not clean in the first two days of staying- strong smell of pee, very disgusting. Despite of the service was quite reactive to come and try, but the cleaning was very superficial. I have to use water to wash it myself because the smell just unbearable. There was a fire nearby (lucky no one was hurt) during the day and the power and water was cut off for about 6-8 hours. No breakfast was available and when asked about it, the answer was just we don’t know (impatiently) . It was a hot day and we cannot even go to bathroom. Eventually we had to goto another resort nearby to pay for the day and wait out. Understood the situation is beyond resort’s control, but The disappointment was there was no communication(verbally or through a printed letter) about it afterwards at all.
