Disappointing

it was in a great location on Monkey Forest road.

During check-in they tried to tell me their credit card machine was broken. It took 1 minute to find a new one 😒 Then they tried to charge me more for paying Visa. I showed them the email from Booking.com and told them that it stated the total price & that I could pay Visa. It just felt like a scam. The room was really sad: the furniture was a mix of random pieces there was a support bracket on the wall but no TV, the bathroom was in pretty bad shape (I’ve lived in Asia and know what to expect - this was bad), lastly, there was no soap/toilet paper/towels/water. I was able to get everything except the water. overall, it wasn’t a great experience. luckily I was there for only 1 night.

To be honest, just the location.

Basically, everything. The place it's full of mold, terrible shower and toilet seat. The bedroom wasn't smelling good. Mold on the walls, not enough light. They didn't offer towels or toilet paper. Nothing was like the photos. I will never get back to that place.

Room smelt like damp AC flooded our whole room and soaked all belongings - staff did us to another room but didnt offer any help with washing all of our clothes Toilet leaked Our friends room was infested with cockroaches Cold shower only No bin provided Staff will shoot at the monkeys in the morning Tiles in the pool were coming off on the bottom which was dangerous General cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms could be improved

Extremely Disappointed

Location. Right in middle of main street in Ubud

Photos didn't match our room. Free breakfast booked and paid for but never offered or received. Dirty, smell of mould, leaking toilet and A/C. No toilet paper or toiletries not even small soap. Mould around toilet. Floor constantly wet due to A/C condensation above bathroom door. Foam bed uncomfortable. Only 1 pillow provided per person and were flimsy. Cushions on bed stained and dirty. Couldn't close bathroom door properly. No where to hang towels in bathroom whilst showering or next to basin Should have been advertised as a back packers lodge

Be aware that with close proximity to the monkey forest, comes frequent visits early morning & sometimes afternoons by noisy, mischievous monkeys. Obviously at 4am this will wake you up. Staff were vigilant in trying to protect the property. Centre window did not have a curtain so there was rather a lot of light coming in during the night.

The photos is not updated based on real condition of this hotel and rooms. Rooms were dirty and lots of moulds and making weird smells. They don't offer any cancellation fee as we cancel to stay over there. The swimming pool really dirty, the place can't accommodate car park, it's really inconvenience to drop of bag or rent car to be park close to hotel.

7/10 for location and pool area. nice pool and close to a few bars/restaurants. also a quick walk to the monkey sanctuary

1/10 for the room. damp and mould everywhere, ants and insects everywhere. the toilet was heavily heavily stained. the bed was comfy which was the only plus. however there was always ants crawling across it. it was cheap however we have stayed in other properties around the area for the same price and they were much cleaner. Maybe it was just our room that was terrible however we wouldn’t come back.

It was okey since the price but not the best.

The location was good, so was the pool. The AC was working and the wifi was good. Nice view from the third floor!

The towels was sandy and small pieces fell apart when you used it. We didn’t like the toilet and there wasn’t any soap, not at the sink or in the shower. It was okey, good if you’re travelling with a budget. But if we’re coming back to Ubud we’re not coming back here.

Humedades en la habitación, sabanas sucias y olían mal, al baño daba cosa entrar no había ni jabón, tuve que pedirlo. La cama sonaba con solo tocarla con un dedo además colchón más duro que una piedra, se escuchaba todo de fuera. Si llego a leer comentario no reservo, las fotos nada que ver con lo que es. Hasta una toalla de alguien en el baño... La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia.

Lo único bueno que tiene es que esta en la calle principal de ubud, tienes restaurantes,tattos, bares, tiendas de todo, y cerca al monkey forest. De restó nada bueno.

La habitación apesta a humedad, los enchufes para cargar no sirven bien, el desayuno es lo mismo siempre, la señal es horrible y el wifi peor, está lleno de bichos( hormigas, lekcos, lagartijas, arañitas), obras hasta las 9pm
