The room was nice and spacious. Staff was very friendly, honest and helpful. The bed was very comfy. The location was great.

Breakfast was far overprized for what it was ... also not presented in a tasteful way at all, compared to breakfasts available in restaurants even. The communal area was not always clean. The day before leaving, my room was not cleaned and little bugs were everywhere on the surfaces.

I wish I stayed longer..

I loved the room, the host, the quietness, the ease of access to a lot of places, the free hot water, coffee, and tea! And even the breakfast is amazing! Though, I'd suggest the host to change the shower head because some people are sensitive, me personally I don't have a problem as it was really really good value for the money I highly suggest and I wish I stayed longer

Quiet location, nature views

I liked the quiet location, trèes & nature as well as close to shops & where its all happening in Ubud.

Monkeys get a bit mischievious as its on the edge of monkey forest. Eat breakfast indoors

Great place in nature! In central Ubud but still away from the crowds

Great place at the end of an alley. Looked out on nature from my room seeing monkeys, monitor lizards, squirrels and beautyful birds! The lady was very friendly bringing me breakfast and coffee in the morning to room. Defenitely recommend this place!

The bathroom was not the newest anymore. Not a big problem though

Highly recommend! Lovely place!

The room was a good size and was cleaned every day. The staff were exceptional and so helpful. I ordered breakfast a few times and it was very good. The location was great, walking distance to the main centre, but very quiet and serene.

The wifi was not very strong and kept getting cut off, especially as I was working from the room and had to cancel a few meetings for this reason.

Cheap and Chearful

The property is in a good quiet location , close to shops and the city centre.

The rice fields are all gone, it is a jungle now. The front of the property is not well maintained, it looked very run down.

Favourite accomodation in Ubud

The best place I stayed in Ubud. Cannot praise it enough. The surroundings were beautiful. Can see the trees and greenery from the bed. Felt so secluded yet walking distance to the centre of Ubud. Staff were super friendly as well. I could not believe how reasonable the price was for the value. 10/10

Peaceful and clean room in beautiful surroundings

This place is magical! I felt so safe, happy and relaxed here as a solo female. I loved my room and was able to work from it using the desk - the set up was great, it was clean and spacious. It’s in a great central spot but you can’t hear all the street noise. Breakfast was wonderful and so filling - I had a banana pancake and fruits each morning. The staff are so friendly and kind…I could have happily stayed a really long time.

This isn’t a con but there is no hair dryer on site so make sure you pack one if you’re reliant on one. Same for things like shower gel which you can easily buy from the nearby supermarket.

Very comfy bed and nice clean, modern room

Only stayed one night and had to leave early in the morning but the bed was super comfy and room had hot water for tea. Breakfast was brought to you on terrace although I sadly didn’t get the opportunity to have any because of early departure. Would definitely recommend!

I would stay here again!

The host and his wife was incredible friendly, and lovely. The room upstairs that i was allocated was nice. The location was amazing and can walk everywhere.

The dog was a bit scary, and i would have preferred if the bedsheets were changed once every 3 days at least. Finally, it should be noted that the place is accessible by motorbikes - not by car. Think its 200-300m walk into the place which isnt an issue unless you have a huge amount to carry.

Perfect spot to stay in Ubub, near everything.

Perfect location, quiet, good rest at night. Air conditioning and wifi work well. Roams are big, toilet too! Breakfast is nice. And the staff are friendly and smily. Can’t think of a better spot to stay in Ubud, near the Main Street, 2 minutes walk.

Superb little place in the heart of ubud

Blu mango is just the perfect peaceful refuge from bustling ubud. We stayed in the family room upstairs with a private balcony and kitchen overlooking a very green field. It’s very beautiful and quiet with the exception of the geckos. Staff is really kind and helpful, breakfast is abundant and really good. The location is perfect, walking distance from everything in ubud. The beds are very comfy and everything super clean. We loved it!

Quiet place in central Ubud. The garden is full of plants/ trees. The service is friendly. We could stay one night longer without problems.

Sometimes there is low waterpressure or no water. Maybe the tank gets empty or it gets difficult when more people having a shower at the same time.

Perfect place to stay on a budget

Great location central to everything, down a path off the Main Street so very quiet (except for 1 noisy gecko lol), my room was upstairs, clean, spacious and comfortable with a desk, side tables and wardrobe so I was very happy as have paid more in other places and had less space, I had plenty of natural light but not direct sun making the room hot, I could leave my doors open when home and it felt private and no sign of monkeys about to break in (I had this when I stayed in the area nearby). The bathroom was a little dark but it didn’t bother me, I had hot water and was happy! The staff were lovely and friendly, nice breakfast, I was sick for 2 days and they were very helpful and kind, I would absolutely stay again.

No fridge in the room but there is a communal one downstairs so I didn’t mind 😁

Host was a very nice lady! Room meeted up to our expectation. Don't expect too much, it's just fine as it is. Comfortable bed, airco works and the shower was fine. Just 100/200 meters from the main road. You can choose your own breakfast and you will get it fresh brought to your room.

Everything - the rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean! The staff were the loveliest people I met in Ubud, always happy to chat and so kind and helpful with any request I made! This guest house was my favourite, not only in Ubud, but in Bali!

Wonderful Stay!

I love all about Blu Mango. Confy beds, great location, super quiet but in downtown Ubud. The oweners are wonderful people who will make you feel at home without invading your privacy. And the breakfast is yummy!!! I extended my stay and will stay with them again when I visit Ubud again.
