Fantastic place for rest and relaxation!

The ambience, rooms are quite large, and in a very convenient location in Ubud

Cleaning service of staff could be improved. Breakfast is nice but basic.

It has a very central location. Close to yoga barn. Lush garden. Great wifi.

I got an old room instead of the newer cottages shown on the page. The room felt ‘worn’. Bed was made out of concrete and tiles, no headboard or musquito net. The fitted sheet was too smaal to cover the (e) matress. The bathroom had no airflow, window or other means of ventilation. I didn’t like looking at tv and fridge upon waking and felt I no privacy since as soon as I opened the door or window my bed was in full sight of the footpath.

I always stay here due to its access to Yogabarn & the staff.

I’ve stayed here for over five times because It’s next door to Yogabarn . Staff are super nice & helpful & give you anything you may require - please be polite to them , some people are not polite ! Large rooms with balconies are set back from the chaotic main road, so they are quiet. They have different types of rooms, I stayed in top floor without kitchen. Walk to many many restaurants, supermarket. The owners continually improving this property. Bed very comfortable . Fridge in room & aircon works well.

The traffic outside the property is chaotic. Towels are getting old now & need to be upgraded. The downside of this locale surrounded by restaurants- brings some music on Thursday, Fridays & Saturday- but that did not bother me.

Terrible experience

It’s well located

The room had a humid smell and it was smaller and darker than what they show on photos, the bathroom was just disgusting: mould all over the floor, limescale on the shower fittings, mirrors clearly had not been cleaned. The breakfast was also bad, the eggs tasted like old grease and the bread was soggy. I feel that this place has better reviews than it deserves, which is why I’m so upset. I felt mislead. Our booking was for five nights, but we checked out after the first night and got a new hotel. When we left, they offer to change our rooms, but the experience was so bad that we didn’t want to be there anymore.

I will stay at Yarama again great location and good value

Clean bed sheets , clean towels and clean room overall, goof WiFi and attentive staff , free filtered water and breakfast include .

Slight smell of damp from the bathroom , i am extremely sensitive to smell you might not bothered with that smell as it wasn’t too bed as I mentioned was slightly.

Simple and good location.

Very close accommodation to YogaBarn, you can walk in 2 mins to it’s back entrance easily. Location is also great as it is slightly south of the main busy areas, although the main street outside is still part of the usual traffic jam area it is not that bad. Staff were really helpful.

I could not find the reception on the first day, turns out it was just a simple shed that the staff use as their rest and storage room. The hotel is actually really small consisting of a small strip of land where the cottages are side by side and with a cute and beautiful path that leads from the main road to the end. I would have hoped for a little more common space.

If you are particular about cleanliness, do not go

I wanted to be close to Yoga Barn and it is right next to it. Spacious bathroom and water pressure is good. Staff trying to help and cover for the bad management or lack thereof.

Place is not clean. Everything was stinky, bed sheets, pillows even curtains of the room. If I turned off the AC, could not sleep cuz of the smell. Bathroom towels were smelly too, luckily I had my own. They only give big towels not for hair / hand. But anyway they would also be smelly. It needs deep cleaning corners of the room some dead insects, spider webs were there. The coffee mug for breakfast was not clean. Overall very poor cleanliness. Room provided and booked on booking.com not exactly the same. When I mentioned that manager said I could leave and they would refund me. It is not the best to offer as not easy to immediately to find another place to stay. Breakfast is very poor, do not pay for it. Bed was very uncomfortable. There is only thin sheet on the mattress nothing in between. It is def not a 3 star place, just a guest house with bad management.

I was happy with my stay and would be back there next time.

Second time staying here! Their simple breakfast is nice! The room I booked has a little kitchen, and was clean, spacey and smells nice. Perfectly dark and comfortable with the brown curtain that helps a lot with the generous morning light in the morning.

Toiletries should be included in the room rates. We got towels, perhaps body soap & shampoo should be prepared too. It would be super nice to have those things bundled.

Good, reasonably priced place to stay near the centre of Ubud. I would stay there again!

Great location, less than 5 min walk to the Monkey Temple and close to many restaurants. The rooms were big and clean, good a/c, plenty of hot water and clean, comfy beds. Nice a quiet as well.

One of my family had smelly sheets when she arrived but the staff quickly replaced them.
