Most lovely staff I have ever met, my phone got smashed on the way there and they helped us find a place to fix it and were just brilliant. They let us into their home and it was gorgeous, the facilities were lovely and it was in the perfect location. Would recommend

I can really recommend vin vin house. It's run by very friendly and helpfull people. Also all facilities are of good quality and there is enough space. I also slept really well here. It's just outside of the busy part of town, but you can still walk everywhere. Would really recommend coming here!

This is my second visit to VIN VIN. I absolutely love the accommodations, family and overall vibe. The place is very clean, access to a refrigerator and cooking, fresh towel, sheets fresh and air conditioning. The family friendliness and kindness is also a huge bonus. I already booked a return visit.

I liked the vibe of the garden and the open space of the common room. Good for socializing if you have the luck to meet the right people. The comfy mattress in the bed.
Very bad smell in the dorm room, especially at night, and I couldn't sleep. After checking in, I asked the owner to sign me for an extra paid breakfast for the next two days I'm staying. He confirmed, but the next morning, there was no breakfast prepared for me. When I asked again, the owner apologized that he forgot, but tomorrow it will be for sure. The second morning, I came to the reception and the wife of the owner said there was no breakfast and they must forget it. So I was disappointed and after the first request, I was hoping that they would respect my order.
Edit + I'm not complaining. I add a description of the things I dislike from my point of view. I'm sorry for your loss. I didn't know you lost your grandmother. Please don't be judgmental about my person if you don't know me. I just shared my experience staying in a hostel.
