Fantastic (and quiet) location & stay - would recommend!

The stunning and relaxing view from my balcony. I loved to spend my time there during my morning- and evening tea sessions. The staff was super friendly. They have a lovely pool too. I loved that you're in the center of Ubud, but on the quiet side of it. The Bisma street has many nice restaurants/places (my favorites: Shamana Mama for the food, Bisma Valley for the view and Bali Star Massage for the massage) I would absolutely come back when I'm back in Ubud.

The room smells a bit funky, but that didn't matter to me. I would still come back!

We wouldn’t return but if you are looking for cheap for one night it would be ok.

The rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly. (Some staff training could enhance the experience).

Lots of construction and we had to walk through wet concrete to access the property with our suitcases as there is no access for a vehicle. The pool is TINY! No rice fields just a grass field. We left a day early as it was not a relaxing place to be.

Lovely service and surroundings, clean and comfy despite some imperfections.

The location was ideal, close to the hustle and bustle but on a quiet side alley. The view of the jungle from the restaurant terrace was breathtaking! WiFi worked really well in all areas - we were able to work remotely and handle zoom calls without issues. The pool was nice and refreshing. The room was big, the bed comfortable, and the daily housekeeping did a great job. Service was extremely nice. Breakfasts were limited but tasty. You get an option of a food platter or a fruit juice from chosen fruit, coffee/tea that’s available for self-service (they provide milk if asked), plus a chosen dish. My favorite were pancakes with pineapple and mie goreng.

The facilities are a bit aged. Everything on the pictures from booking seems newer and better maintained than in reality. There are some stains on the walls, and it’s necessary to air out the room multiple times a day to get rid of the smell (due to the humidity). There are ants in the room - first it drew us back, as we’ve just arrived from Europe, but we got used to it quickly. I guess it’s all normal in this climate. Once you get over the initial impression of it not being as perfect as on the pictures, the overall experience was very positive!

Nice and great location

Location was great, staff also super kind and helpful. Breakfast very good and starts at 7 AM, which is great for all the early bird and planned morning trips.

Don’t have any special complaint. Maybe just an advise; sleep with the curtains down across the bed because of insects. I used laundry service which was ok, the clothes came back with no smell and the white socks was not so white 🙈 the brown stains were left on them.

Perfect for couples

Staff was very friendly Location was really good. You can hire a scooter at the hotel and book the taxi to the airport. There are many restaurants and coffee shops near the hotel.

Laundry was expensive since they charge the price per piece of clothes instead per kg.

Excellent property in quiet part of town, but still easy to access shops and restaurants. Restaurants only 100 meters from property. Plenty of Vegan, vegetarian restaurants available.

Definitely a place I would stay again when I visit Ubud again.

Location was far enough away from the busy main areas for the quiet but close enough to walk too. The rooms were beautiful with plenty of space.

Sometimes language was a barrier with staff but just means I should learn some of the basics of Balinese

I wouldn’t stay here again, i had a bad experience. Staff and Manager weren’t always honest

Nothing much, pictures looks better. Not so much in person

I was given room B10 which had spider webs, a frog and insects everywhere inside the room. Worst part is that I didn’t even book B10. When I questioned the staff they mentioned they don’t have any other rooms and I have to speak to the manager. I had to make a big fuss next morning asking for me to be moved to the room I rightfully booked. Somehow magically a new room appeared when the night before I was told there are no other rooms. It was the worst experience. I was moved from B10 to B2, B2 was not bad and clean, but the bed was too hard to sleep on. The other part is, I booked a tour to Mt Batur for 2 using the hotel reception, I got ripped off. I paid 1.5M IDR for two people only to find out from other fellow travellers in my group they only paid 700k IDR for two. When I questioned the manager at the hotel, I got 200K IDR back. I felt deceived by the hotel again I am unable to attach videos here but attached the 2 pictures I have

Good location, easy walk to centre of Ubud and in a nice peaceful setting located off the road. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. Good choice for breakfast & nice to have it included in the price. Staff are lovely

Pool closes at 7pm which is a shame as quite nice to go for a dip to cool down after dinner. There is a bit of noise at night from local bars but nothing major

One feels that one is living amidst a farm and trees calm and quite very few rooms so our group kind of monopolized the pool area. The price was good, but not a steal considering the limited facilities.

Young kids run the place - usually, just one person at a time, and the person changes every day. Most infuriating is the shortage of water, they sell very small bottles at a high price (a common practice in Bali) some staff was very helpful others were of limited help. This hotel has no lift, the approach to the hotel is a pathway barely 5 feet wide and there are stairs to be climbed everywhere as the hotel is on multiple levels. The Wi-Fi was a joke at least in some rooms. For the young and strong it may not be a problem.

Overall was a good stay. The breakfast and pool was the best features. And the staff were friendly.

The breakfast was amazing. Compliments to the chef and staff. Also, the location is really good and the pool was kept clean.

The ants and bugs that was in the room, luckily they had a bug net on the bed. Also, we stayed there for 7 days and the pillow cases and bed sheets were never changed.

Very nice location (just in the middle of Bisma street) and super friendly staff. They were very attentive and flexible with my check-in. Also, loved the breakfast with a lovely view.

Everything was good. Maybe just that the room was a little damp or smelled a bit mouldy, but I have experienced this before in Bali.

NOT AGAIN

We got the rooms in ground floor which are simply terrible (even when we were promised to get top floor). No view, MOLD and INSECT everywhere (totally not suitable for kids or allergic). Picture of these rooms are not on the website. Staff offered us free breakfest and discount, which was nice, but it cannot change ruined vacation in UBUD. Top floor rooms are quite nice.
