Convenient for a short stay in Ubud with helpful owner
The owner is very friendly and helpful arranging transport for me twice. Breakfast is basic but nice and there is tea/coffee facilities available all the time to guests. Large room with a tranquil view (greenery) from it's balcony. Good location for walking the streets of Ubud.
The rooster in a cage out the back of my room was pretty loud starting up at 5.30am and crowing all day long! The showerhead is at a strange angle and the shower curtain was a little moldy. I booked an extra night once I was there and paid for my whole stay in cash on the second day, and realised afterwards that I paid slightly more than my online rate quoted me, but ended up having a late check out due to the departure time of my onwards transport so guess it all evened out.
