Leket house

We upgraded to a double room with a private bathroom and aircon as the basic room was aweful

Basic room is aweful and the shared bathrooms were a bit of a state. The woman charged a lot more to upgrade in person than if we had booked that room originally.

Small dogs and cat were froendly

Cigarette holes in the bedsheets should be patched up

The property felt safe and comfortable, and for the price was very good value for money. The women who owns the guesthouse was very friendly and helpful when my friend was unwell and I had to move rooms. The location is also incredible.

There was not air-conditioning in all the rooms, which was not very clear online, but luckily I had read reviews and upgraded my room to one with air-conditioning.

The location is within walking distance of everything you need eg. money changers, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, tourist attractions. Peaceful garden setting, spacious room with private bathroom. Communal kitchen for cooking with a fridge and water dispenser.

The fridge in the Communal kitchen was full of flies and a few worms from rotten food. I stayed 21 days and the fridge was only cleaned the day before I checked out. The kitchen floor by the cooking area was often covered in water from the leaking water dispenser which caused a safety hazard for guests. A few times we ran out of drinking water during my stay. I wished there was aircon as the rooms are very hot even with the ceiling fan going full blast. The Owner cancelled my booking on the website claiming I was a 'no show' even though I had been staying on the property for 21 consecutive days and had paid in full in cash.
