Really great property in the heart of Ubud. The staff were super friendly. The rooms are decorated well with comfy bed and clean sheets. The stand out feature is the balcony - so nice to sit there and enjoy the peace of Ubud with a coffee in the morning. The location is fantastic - close enough to everything but still very quiet at night. Great value for money. Thank you for a great stay 😀
The bathrooms - need an upgrade but this is reflected in the price.

Perfect location. Friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing much. Probably some maintenance on the old furnitures

The bedroom was well furnished and comfortable. The location was amazing!!
The bathroom in my room was not well thought out and looked very rundown. The bath looked dirty. The only shower in the room was a detachable head placed at shin level and isn’t particularly functional.
