Great place to stay for a short or long-term in Ubud

- Convenient and quiet location, nice views - Walkable to everywhere (I don't use motorbike) - Good for sleeping: comfy bed and quiet, not so hot - Two balconies/terrace - Spacious room - Place for work

- Wi-Fi often unstable from the room (on balcony works better) - Hot water is hard to control: it's either extremely hot or cold/ambient - No certain in shower so water goes on the floor everywhere, but actually not a problem after getting used to this

Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Loved my balcony overlooking the pool and beautiful lush surroundings. The pool and lounge chairs were wonderful especially after a day of excursions.

Great pool area to chill, spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, no mold/moisture due to higher floors ( ground floors maybe have these problems as some mentioned it) Tucked away from street so it’s quiet at night. Oy sound of rain and symphony of frogs. Breakfast is basic, but sufficient to start your day.

A really nice get away for a woman travelling on her own.

The location was brilliant, quiet yet close to restaurants, shops, places for massages and some nice walks.

I agree with other reviews that the bedding and towels were very old and with the humidity, towels smelt musty quite quickly. This is the only bad point I have to say the stay. Other than that, everything was great. I got a reduced rate and was very happy with my choice.

Such an amazing pool over looking the jungle. Just far enough from the centre of town to be quiet and away from the bustle. Rooms are spacious and clean with balconies on two sides. Breakfast on the pool side really nice.

Great stay in Ubud

The location is great, you’re off the main (and very busy) road in Ubud but still within walking distance of everything. The pool was amazing and we spent every night admiring the incredible sunset you get from the hotel. The room was very spacious and cleaned daily.

- Despite our best efforts to keep the doors closed at all time, a few mosquitoes got in and bit us every night so we would have liked it if there were a net or screens to help keep them out. - There is no shower curtain so the whole bathroom ends up getting very wet when taking a shower. Not a big deal for us but might be to some.

Overall nice budget hotel

This is a small, somewhat hidden hotel. We only stayed for one night, as we did not want to travel back late and still had sightseeing planned for the following day. Overall, the stay was solid; however, the towels had an unpleasant odor. On the positive side, the room itself was very spacious.

The room was quite basic. No hot water on our 1st evening - has been fixed after reporting. During our 3-night stay towels were not changed. They have never dried completely and smelled bad on the 2nd day already.

Ubud rainy season, book only two days at a time!

The room was on the top floor which i would recommend, the view, the pool, breakfast, staff, quiet location but in the midst of town almost. Plenty of cheap cafes and restaurants around.

The rainy season extended into the middle of May with humidity around 95pc much of the time. Consequently the clean dry bed covers soaked up any excessive moisture making the bed feel very damp. On the second night, i was unable to sleep having 2 hours sleep only. The following day Other rooms were offered but they were the same.Other hotels which we checked in the area were suffering from the same fate. It was a shame because the room was lovely and spoiled by the damp problem. We moved to a Western type hotel in Seminyak near the coast, cutting our stay in Ubud by three days.

Enjoyable stay

We had the pool studio overlooking the pool and monkey forest. The room was very spacious and had basic facilities to cook a meal. AC worked really well. Shower was powerful and water was hot. The balcony was a good size and had wonderful views. The pool was fantastic.

Beautiful staff at the property. They went out of their way to help. Rooms very comfortable and large size. Everything very clean. Beautiful pool looking out onto jungle and could see beautiful sunsets. Location, location, location!! So close to Main Street of Ubud. 10 min walk to Main Street. 15 min to Ubud market. This place was in a street that is not as busy as others. The accom is set well back from the road down a long driveway which makes it so peaceful and no traffic noise. I will come back here. Loved it

Good location and very nice hotel room.

Spacious room with on both sides a balcony, one of them overlooking the pool and forest. Room is very clean, bed is good/firm. Shower with warm water. Very nice breakfast and very friendly staff. Located just outside the centre, not too much noise and on walking distance from shops and restaurants.

No shower curtain as is normal in Indonesia so the bathroom is totally wet after a shower.

Дуже підпортили настрій нетверезі росіяни, які кричали дуже голосно біля басейну, використовуючи дуже погані слова, бо вони думають , що їх ніхто не розуміє. Але слава Богу, ми вже виїзджали на наступний день. Давайте їм кімнати десь у підвалі, а не там, де люди відпочивають. Чи зробіть якісь окремі правила на російській мові і давайте їм їх прочитати перед тим, як дозволяти жити в отелі.

(Не относится к отелю: но предупрежу при выходе на дорогу кафе слева есть обменный пункт и массажный салон. Очень внимательно, если там меняете деньги пересчитывайте еще раз всю сумму, когда отошли. Там фокус показывают, можете не досчитаться 30% суммы)

Das Badezimmer hat mir nicht gefallen. Man sieht es schon auf den Fotos, welche ich nicht genügend beachtet habe. Die Dusche ist nicht abgetrennt und so ist jeweils alles nass, der ganze Boden, die Toilette usw. Es hat auch sehr schimmelig im Badezimmer gerochen.

Bien para pasar unos días en ubud

Lo que más me gustó fue el personal, te cuida y te trata super bien, del hotel a la calle principal hay que caminar unos 15/20 min máximo. Las instalaciones muy bonitas.

El baño se mojaba todo cada vez que te duchabas y en la foto parecía más nuevo de lo que está, por otro lado cambiaría las cortinas, entra muchísima luz por la mañana y eso nos despertaba muy temprano, tenemos un bebé de 1 año y al ver luz ya selevantaba y le costaba mucho dormir. Las toallas bastante viejitas y por ello deberían de renovarlas. Habían hormigas en la habitación. El servicio del desayuno habían muchos días que lo servían tarde por eso ya sabiéndolo lo pedía 15 min antes. Igualmente todo bien.

Aspeto fantástico com vistas sobre a floresta. Piscina super agradável. Quarto grande é limpo. Localização perto do centro é longe da confusão. Funcionários simpáticos.

Um pequeno pormenor, a casa de banho não tinha qualquer cortina de separação entre o chuveiro e a sanita. De resto, nada mais a referir.
