The facilities were clean, and the pool area was beautifully maintained, providing a peaceful spot to unwind. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, making for a very comfortable stay. peaceful and relaxing stay

We really loved our stay! The location was perfect for us.. slightly away from the touristy areas, very peaceful, yet still close to everything we wanted to visit. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and getting into town was super easy with a scooter. The room was very clean and spacious, and the private pool was a lovely bonus. Even though we arrived late, the check-in process was smooth and we felt very welcomed by the host. We would definitely love to come back!

A calm, comfortable stay with Amazing Staff

The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff were genuinely warm and always happy to help at any time of day. The room was tastefully furnished, with an extremely comfortable bed, and the daily supply of fresh towels and water was a lovely touch. Despite being just off a busy street, the location is surprisingly quiet. It’s slightly outside the center of Ubud, which suited us perfectly, close enough to reach most places within 3–5 minutes, yet far enough to enjoy a calm and peaceful atmosphere

Hidden Gem in the Bisma Street

The room is huge and the bed is comfortable, especially with a bath tub in there, we can relax after long walking in ubud. Many resto surrounded, easy to find anything you want to eat. Even it is located in a very small alley, but we can see a real balinese neighbourhood during the walk to the location. The staffs also very friendly and helpfull.

Almost nothing, only they cannot provide you with any meal/breakfast, you have tp go out to find meal.

Amazing escape in Ubud

Staff were helpful and assisted with luggages from the main road into the hotel. All you had to do was message them on booking.com or WhatsApp 5 minutes before arrival and they were there outside the pharmacy waiting. The pool was clean about 1.50/1.60m deep, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Amenities in the room were good. Would definitely return again! No issues with mosquitos or bugs which was great.

Not the hotel s fault, but during my stay it was raining so the roads were a little slippery. No accidents or falls but something to look out and be careful while walking in Ubud area during the raining season.

This place always reminds me of Ubud, where I last visited with my friend. The rain here brings back such beautiful memories, even though it makes me feel a little blue. I absolutely love being here and would love to return with my friend again someday. Thank you to the team for welcoming me back!

Escape in the nature!

Spacious bedroom, nice large bed and amazing shower/ bath area. The pool and yard are gorgeous. The whole place is peaceful, no traffic noise, only nature. Let’s not forget about the staff, everybody super kind! We stayed in 2 different rooms for 3 nights, I preferred the deluxe suite although the Queen suite has an amazing view to the valley!

The hotel is not accessible by car, only walking (5min from the main road) or by motorbike. The staff will meet you and carry your bags if necessary. For me this wasn’t a negative factor, I’m just pointing it out to manage expectations. The hotel will send you clear instructions on how to reach them from the main road. The path is well illuminated at night!

Dreamy view

Wouldn't stay again because of the access, but loved the hotel

The room was lovely.

The entrance to the hotel was dreadful, like a goat track. After we were dropped by car on the main road we had to walk 6 minutes down a goat track past construction and rice paddies, getting lost often. It was also pouring with rain and we were dragging suitcases. It was a dreadful experience.

Lovely place with a few pitfalls

Firstly the staff are really lovely, they went out of their way to make sure we were looked after and bought a surprise cake for my daughter’s birthday. The location is easy to get to, though only accessible by foot or motorbikes wheeling your case isn’t an issue or they will meet/drop your case via motorbike. The pool area was lovely and the location quiet, when construction work wasn’t going on. A/c was good as was water pressure and there was plenty of hot water. Beds also comfortable.

The first room we were in the drains really smelt bad, this only seems to be in the one room as we had booked out 4 in our group and the rest were fine. The finish is not so good, small things let the place down snagging not done, fittings not properly attached. The glass door between bedroom and bathroom without a blind so absolutely no privacy, not brilliant with friends sharing and one getting Bali belly. Pool towels worn and stained, such a shame as a lovely team of people running the place but the lack of upkeep and attention to detail let the place down.

Easy access to restaurants and shops. Quiet location surrounded by trees. Small place with only 6 rooms, so very quiet with the pool to ourselves. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The rooms seemed unfinished, not painted. However, this didn't impact our comfort.

The only thing that could be on a positive note is the central location, but it’s not easy to reach.

Please do your research on the reviews. Most reviews are fake and all the consecutive 10 ratings are false. Booking.com is investigating this property due to the unrealistic reviews. I would not recommend staying here.

A beautiful small villa, in a peaceful location and close to the main part of Ubud.

The location was great. It was quiet and in nature but close to a main street. The pool was nice and refreshing. Staff were lovely and accommodating. A bit tricky to get to but make sure you enter off Bisma Street.

The soundproofing between rooms upstairs. Our neighbours would come home at around 2am and talk loudly on the phone. It seemed to echo into our room. Otherwise all was good.

The view from the property was fantastic, the room was really unique and felt very private. Made for a very special stopover in Ubud. Would definitely recommend for a couples getaway.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was great after you found the place. Comfortable apartment and very central to what I wanted to do.

It could have been cleaner but it's not easy to keep it spotless when it's so far out in nature. The lighting for the bathroom mirror was not the best.

We had a perfect stay – the room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed, the service was excellent, and the location was quiet and peaceful, yet only five minutes from the city center. Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like, it was just perfect!

The place was dirty , in the bathroom it was mold, bad smell in room , we wasn’t able to stay and we need to book another hotel. The property don’t want to refund any money and didin’t gaves any solution in this situation.
