Clean , location , nice pool , friendly staff (Mata amazing staff very friendly and helpful with tips for area). Large room with nice seating area if returning to Ubud I’d stay here again

Our villa was perfect quiet well equipped perfect for a relaxing time especially during Nyepi

The room and view were good.
1. Location, which is inside lanes, making it impossible for cars to reach there.
2. I was on second floor and there is no lift/elevator in the hotel.
3. No intercom service, so even for smallest of the requirements, one has to come down and climb two floors.
4. Breakfast was having very few items. Also, the quantity was restricted.
