Amazing room with great small thoughtful touches like small try of fruit, lighting around bed. Very comofortable bed. Very friendly attentative staff. Clean. The ambiance is everything that Bali is about. Location is excellent.

Staff were fantastic, they were really lovely and helpful.
Breakfast offering could use a refresh, however location is so good it didn't matter at all so many choices nearby.

The room and view were good.
1. Location, which is inside lanes, making it impossible for cars to reach there.
2. I was on second floor and there is no lift/elevator in the hotel.
3. No intercom service, so even for smallest of the requirements, one has to come down and climb two floors.
4. Breakfast was having very few items. Also, the quantity was restricted.
